Excellent company to deal with

Found a part that I needed and couldn't fined anywhere else. Part of M&P direct I believe, never had any problems with either company, customer service has been excellent on every purchase and returning an incorrectly ordered item was a breeze.

Very poor service sent wrong and…

Very poor service sent wrong and missing items and ignored messages absolutely dreadful this company along with its associated company M&p. Should be steered clear from they simply don't care about there customers or thier reputation will never use them in the future.

new battery from busters.

I bought a new battery from busters, but they sent the wrong one. After speaking to their customer services department I was sent an upgraded battery at no extra cost. The customer service team were very polite and helpful. Thank you

Ordered a screen on ebay and they sent…

Ordered a screen on ebay and they sent completely the wrong on!
Sent it back to get a refund and had to wait 3 times longer than normal.
Communication is awful with constant out of office replies, telling you they wouldn't be in for 7 days, but then they reply after 2! But every time you reply its out of office again
The emails when they actually send them are full of errors, rude and infer its not their fault its yours.
They even managed to tell me I hadn't sent it back when eBay and royal mail confirmed it had been delivered back to them!
Total lack of organisation, service, communication and ethics!
I tried to get a replacement from M&P and had the same problem, then I find out why..... its the same company!!!
Avoid and use a real 5 star company like sports bike shop who ended up delivering within 24 hours with excellent service and communication!

I have been a biker and mechanic for 40…

I have been a biker and mechanic for 40 years, and can say this is one of the worst companies to deal with regarding motorcycle parts. Sent the wrong item, they would not sort it out, they were clueless and ignorant. If you need bike parts I urge you not to use this company nor their sister company M&P, they are arrogant people who have no regard for the biking community.

Busters motorcycle accessories are Scammers

Busters motorcycle accessories are scammers, plain and simple.

I purchased a suspension 'C'spanner from them on their ebay store. The image clearly showed the tool to be plated and this is the main reason I chose to buy from Busters as many others appeared cheap painted things which will rust as soon as they are used.. Guess what turned up - yup, a poorly painted item which will start to deteriorate as soon as it is used for the first time!

I contacted busters thinking they had made a mistake however the customer service was abysmal. They didn't care, didn't even accept that there was a problem. They would accept a return but would not pay the return postage and as this is quite a heavy item it will cost a few pounds to return. Still fighting with them - and I won't give up. They will go to the small claims court if need be!

Abysmal

I've been waiting 2 weeks for a brake line- meanwhile my bike is off the road. When I phoned yesterday all I got was vague answers and an indifferent attitude. I still don't know when I might eventually get the part. They were very quick to take the money though.

This used to be a good company, until it was bought out by M&P. Now they have sunk to the same level. I won't be using them again.

Poor performance

The welcome to this shop on Holbrooks lane Coventry was great, couldn't do enough until you need to return faulty goods. faulty item (Trousers at £80) were rejected with very poor/negetive outcome.we will not be shoping their again, nor will my friends. very dissapointed.

Bad goods, fake customer service

Fake customer service, a lot of words but no actions. I received a bad article and they are not willing to substitute it.
As an alternative they proposed a poor 5% discount on the payed amount.
Very bad.
