Not good communication, staff numbers worry

Communication about child's day is not good. Staff posts what children have eaten, how they slept etc but management doesn't upload often till after kids have been picked up.
Very often when dropping my child off there's only one or two staff members in the room while often even 10+ kids which is way above the allowed ratios.
Our key worker seems to have moved to different room as she's not been seen in my child's room for weeks now but no one has said anything to us.

Friendly staff

All the staff are so friendly and seem to take a real interest in my daughter. They provide a good range of activities and my daughter loves going to nursery
