not clean and understaffed
My child got sick every single week of being at the nursery. Not just colds but bad illnesses that could have been avoided if the nursery had a better exclusion policy and hygiene. We moved his nursery and since he hasn’t been ill at all.
He would also have a few bumps, bruises or grazes that the staff informed us off but could never tell us HOW the incidents occurred leading to us believing the children weren’t being watched carefully.
He always came home with hard crusted food or snot stuck to his face ( not hard to wipe them down after meal times ) I collected him once with conjunctivitis, his eyes were awful and they had obviously not kept them clean in the day or notified us he had this.

Wonderful nursery
I really love Busy Bees. The staff there are so wonderful. They really care for the children and that’s so evident to us. Our son has come on so much since he started there in terms of language, motor skills and socialising with other children. The outside play area is really lovely too and we enjoy the updates via the app.

My 15month old son seems to really enjoy nursery, we get lots of updates and lovely photos of his day. They always have healthy meals and plenty of snacks. I'm confident that my son is happy and stimulated, we only do half days but he always comes home and has a long nap to recover from all the fun.
