Excellent nursery, my child has really flourished there. Staff are friendly and supportive

A wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff who genuinely care about the children.

My daughter feels safe and she wants to come in and play with her friends. The staff is amazing and let us know ehat happened during the day, what she loved and what she didn't enjoy doing.
I would love to see more pictures with her during the day but overall, I am happy with the way she is developing and learning new things.

My little girl has been attending since March this year, she is thriving here she absolutely loves it!
All staff I have personally encountered have been friendly and helpful.

Such a lovely pre-school, the staff are all very warm, friendly and welcoming. We moved our little girl from a different nursery and she is progressing so much more since the move. She quickly learned to write her name and has become more confident with recognising numbers. She really enjoys all the activities throughout the day and loves playing in the garden. She always comes home very happy.

We removed our Son from the nursery as we were unhappy with the continued lack of communication. When we asked the nursery for more updates we were told that it was more important that they did "quality" handovers than updating the app, however the majority of our pick up hand overs we were told that they were not the person that was with him today but he had a good day. We had no idea what he got up to, what he was learning, what he was enjoying, what he was not enjoying. We would regularly be told contridictory information about how much he had eaten, ie, be told he hadnt eaten much yet the app would say he ate everything. There were a number of occasions that a learning update was put on the app over two weeks after the event had taken place. He cried every single time he was dropped off for 6 months. When we completed the online form giving notice to leave, no one at the nursery even bothered to talk to us about it and on his last day no one even said a good bye to him.

I cannot recommend Busy Bees in Stanway enough. The staff in my child’s room are so friendly and always make a fuss on him when we go in in the morning.
He’s becoming quite clingy when dropping off, but his key worker with Maiya is incredible with him. I know I’m leaving him in great hands.
I have booked two additional sessions since he’s been at nursery and it was so quick and easy. Communication between nursery and parents is brilliant.
