Does not deserve even one star
Does not deserve even one star , I am a grandmother and at my age I have enough experience to call out bad care.
My granddaughter suffered neglect , abuse and the duty of care was just not there. A happy cheerful toddler who loved going to the nursery and playing with her little friends, suddenly changed. She became withdrawn and quiet. Picking her up from the nursery she was soiled, hungry and tearful and she was throwing terrible tantrums and suffering nightmares. At first we put it down to learning to regulate her emotions. But this gut feeling as a grandmother said it was something else, something was not right. Thankfully my granddaughter confided in me that one of her so called teachers was hurting her when she went to the toilet,I was shocked, quizzed how did she hurt you, she said she pinched and scratched her. Every bone in my body wanted to grab this monster by the neck. Hasten to add of course we moved my granddaughter to a safe caring environment. It will take time for my darling granddaughter to become her normal happy self. She has suffered abuse because a lazy unprofessional monster did not want to help her in the toilet. Parents be aware !

A great place
All staff members are very friendly, caring and trusting. Busy Bees is always clean, you can tell a lot of work goes into keeping the kitchen and play areas clean. The outdoor space is new and fun. My daughter always enjoys her days at Busy Bees and likes her key workers.
