WORST NURSERY EVER

WORST NURSERY EVER
My daughter is going to eastleigh Nursery and couple of months ago i recieved email from Nursery that Nursery is reducing hrs because of staffing issues. These changes affected my job hrs big time but somehow i managed but last month recieved another email that Nursery is closing down. WHAT A JOKE. All the parents i spoke were literally fuming because these guys don't care where these kids will go in middle of the year. And on top that all the parents been charged in advance for the month but not even returning the money, i sent 3 emails to finance department but won't help at all and another joke is there is no phone number for finance department as well. And Nursery says we can't help with the refunds as it has to go through finance department. This is how these guys treat parents. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BUSY BEE TO ANYONE IN MY GROUP. OTC (Finance department) don't care about parents money at all.

Providing children with the best start in life is of paramount importance to Busy Bees, however from time to time, we do have to make the difficult decision to close a centre for reasons beyond our control. We do always communicate this to families and advise of the full refund procedure within these communications.
