Unfortunately, after my safeguarding concerns were dismissed by suggesting my two-year-old misunderstood because English is his second language, and with no CCTV available to establish what actually happened, I have no confidence in your safeguarding process.
Parents deserve better than assumptions when it comes to their children’s safety.
