I think the nursery is great and the staff in the rooms are lovely. My only 2 issues would be that what meal the children have eatten isn’t on the app only the amounts consumed and secondly the delays in responding to emails and requests for extra days. I understand a couple of days but waiting over a week and having to send multiple emails is rather frustrating
The teachers were amazing and the reception splendid. My child has learnt and grown so muc
I like the way staff handles the handover from and to the parents while they do pick up and drop.
The dislikes, that's something that I see with my daughter not cleaned her mouth after her food.
