As a working parent and a first-time mom, it was incredibly hard to leave my child in someone else’s care — the worry of not knowing how he’ll be treated or if he’ll be truly looked after was overwhelming. But with Busy Bees, all those worries quickly faded. I feel calm, confident, and reassured knowing my son is in the right hands.

The team is warm, professional, and genuinely caring. What’s even more comforting is seeing how much my son is learning and growing — he’s picking up skills and experiences that I sometimes struggle to provide at home. Busy Bees has become an extension of our family, and I’m truly grateful for the safe, nurturing environment they provide every day.

Staff lack enthusiasm and motivation. We are very disappointed with the level of leadership. I would like to see the work our little girl has done and do not feel there is enough structure for the children very little to show parents at the end of the day. The fees fo not reflect the level if service. I have also raised concerns regarding the level of cleanliness after our daughter contracted gastroenteritis on two separate occasions within 5 weeks.
