I have removed my 1yr old after 6…

I have removed my 1yr old after 6 months at Busy Bees.

The lack of communication between the nursery and myself has been terrible. The app is never updated with photos, reviews or any insight as to what happens on a daily basis.

A key worker has still not been introduced to myself or my husband.

Nobody has picked up that my son didn't say any words at all at age 18 months.

And finally they had been administering medicine without informing me, instead I was given a form 5 weeks later to sign. Given this was for a condition my son has and we are keeping a diary for his doctor, just makes it even more
unacceptable.
