Marta made the experience great with our child. We believe our child is progressing in everything day by day. Only hiccup is parent zone is not updated as it should and parents need to constantly ask what the child has eaten and so on.
The meals for the toddlers are great. Activities at the nursery are also very engaging for the toddlers
We love the staff members but the organisation needs work. We are never provided with updates so don’t have a sense of how our daughter is doing, how she eats, what activities she’s doing etc etc. ParentZone simply shouldn’t have been rolled out as it isn’t used. Other nurseries send over pictures, videos etc, we haven’t received anything like that. We also recently had an incident where our daughter had a cut / swollen lip and no one could tell us how she did it!
