Unreal service. Had a problem with my bike mid-ride. Luckily Buy a Bike was open, called in, they patched up the problem free of charge to get me home.

Had a good look around the shop too while I was waiting, unreal selection of bikes. Ranging from mountain bikes, e -bikes to the TT bikes.

Bike booked in for Monday for a full service and gear replacement.

10/10 experience. Simple and honest.

Extensive collection of top quality bikes across the whole range of disciplines. Bike I wanted was in stock , best price on line, and ready to pick up in 2hrs. The family who run the business are all very knowledgeable friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a good bike chat ! The premises are well situated with a massive parking area. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Very simple and straight forward

I went to the store to buy a specific bike that was the wrong size for me. Aiden pointed this out to me and estimated a size medium. I was invited to look over a good range of bikes and chose to buy one, this was safety checked and I was invited back for a free interim service. An outstanding experience.

Chuffed with my online purchase. They were impressive from the start of transaction. I sent an email to approximately 20 different ebike stores for a quotation and advice of what to get. Just knew I wanted an ebike that looked decent and had good range These were by far the fastest and actually helped me from headsize to leg size to suggesting an ideal bike. The provided link in their email reply showcased a Specialized Vado which has been delivered with my requested addons and is a joy to ride. One small issue, I hadn't even thought about mudflaps until today's cycle in wet weather. Need these to keep the dirt and grime from spoiling the beauty of the design and function of the moving parts. The salty water off the recently "gritted" roads needs to be channelled, as best as possible, away from mechanical parts.

Website was easy to use, delivery was very fast and bike was well packaged and is in great condition.
I received a call reminding me the bike didn't come with pedals and they made the arrangements to add pedals with no additional delivery charge.
Overall I'm very happy with the bike and received great customer service.

I’ve bought two bikes from them recently. One for my son ((his first) and one for me (mine for the first time in many years)I’m very impress with their knowledge and the respect for budgets. A great team, I would recommend to anyone.
