Voucher written off
I redeemed my voucher and contacted the venue to book. They could not offer a booking for over a week and as we were on holiday near this venue this was not possible as we would be back home by then. I looked at buyagift site for another venue I could attend but could not find one. As the voucher had been redeemed, even though it had not been validated with the venue, I found I could not re-use it. I therefore after spending hours on the site trying to sort it, decided to count my loss and resolve not to use the site ever again. It would have probably worked fine if the venue has been able to accommodate us.

Do not use!
I used my voucher for a 2 night stay and paid over a hundred pounds extra to upgrade the type of hotel the voucher would allow. When we arrived the hotel informed us they had no room for us, had been given none of our contact details by the company, and had been trying to contact them to inform us but nobody ever answered. I have been trying to get the money back and nearly a year later I still haven’t seen a penny of it. Do not use this company!!

Triumph factory tour
Took my son to the Triumph factory tour and we both thoroughly enjoyed it . Dave , the tour guide certainly knew his job as he was very informative as he showed us through the working factory . Tea and cake after followed by the Triumph exhibition where all the iconic bikes are to be drooled over . Definitely recommend doing this tour

I received Buyagift vouchers as a gift, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The voucher codes didn't work, I couldn't use the remaining credit, and it was very unclear how the vouchers were meant to be redeemed. I had to contact customer support via chat six times, and the agents were not particularly helpful.
I also found that some attractions were more expensive through Buyagift than when booked directly. One food voucher only partially processed my payment, and I never received the voucher by email.
What should have been a simple gift ended up wasting a lot of my time. I would not recommend Buyagift and would not use them again.

The restaurant doesn’t look very hygiene and the tea we ordered looked like it’s just mud water. All the unlimited tapas were pretty much deep fry items as well.

Got a buyagift voucher for the Triumph…
Got a buyagift voucher for the Triumph factory tour, for two, as the Triumph website wouldn’t process our request for several dates- and others said it was easier to book a date with a voucher than trying to pay on card. Unfortunately none of the four methods worked. Had to wait after the weekend to ring directly and book the old fashioned way. On the plus side I did get a discount for purchasing and using the buyagift voucher so a result in the end but harder work than it should be!!. Mainly down to the Eventbrite website not the buyagift voucher.
