i am very satisfied. I wanted to order a phone and as a foreigner i wasn't sure if i should trust buybest or not but my experience was good. I called the costumer service and they speak very good english. Also my phone came in excellent condition.

I wish I had read the review that said they make you think you’re buying a book and it’s just a PDF. Because I to file for this I thought I was purchasing a book for $8.50 they even asked for my shipping address after never receiving it and doing some investigating I find out it’s a download what a scam I hope I save someone from giving money to this company.

BIG SCAM! Don’t buy from this website. If I could give 0 stars I would! They make you think you are buying a book - they even ask for your shipping address. But it’s a PDF that they email you. Won’t refund my money. I would like my $8.50 back. I don’t know how they can legally sell copyrighted books anyway. Think I’ll investigate that further…..

Scam website. Don't waste your money. The books are all PDF but they sell them as if they are physical books, even asking for a shipping address. Then they won't refund.

Total scam!
They have had the money and 3 month later and after dozens of emails and getting the same non-sensible reply with a link to a delivery company!

The dolls are very cheep and hard. They completely misrepresent their products.

The doll looked nothing like the picture and the material is horrible, the doll is cheap it could definitely be purchased at Walmart. went online searching the company helpline and I found this help which is seven six zero

I ordered a book to be sent to my house. Everything pointed towards an actual hard copy. I calculated my shipping cost for the book and I provided my address. And then once I payed I was sent a download and told its an Ebook. There was absolutely no mention of an ebook before I payed, their very deceptive.

If i could have given 0 stars i would have!!! Foldable puzzle table ordered. Polded piece of green baize received and absolutely NO reply to my 2 emails so far!!! Almost £25 for a piece of folded felt!!!! Do not be fooled by this company!!!!

poor quallity clothing. no details available regarding returns. Cant find anywhere how I paid for it but guess it was through facebook. Avoid at all costs. Possibly a scam

My daughter had been begging for one of these dolls. I ordered two - one for her and one for my other daughter. I paid extra for the heartbeat too. One showed up within a reasonable time - NO HEARTBEAT. NOTHING LIKE THE PRODUCT THAT THEY PROMISE YOU... I went online did a little research on their website finally i found this company Support help which is EIGHTƒₒᵤᵣ ƒᵢᵥₑ ƒᵢᵥₑ ₜաₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five THE ADMITTED THEIR, MISTAKE THAT THEY SENT ME THE CRAP DOLL finally they provide return shipping info and I also received my amount back from this company finally, return this CHEAP LOOKING DOLL back TO THE COMPANY I would like to tell anyone and everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Please please please do not take any chances. You will be very disappointed!

So glad I read these reviews before ordering from buybestusa. I knew something was up with the much cheaper books and the fact that they don't list want kind of book: hardcover, digital, etc.

Terrible! Be sure you know what you ordering. They are not forgiving or generous in refunding.

This review is for buybestusa. I will give zero star if I can. I ordered a book and my credit card was charged right away. I have never received the book. I tried to reach them by phone. The number doesn’t even exist. This is a total scam. Don’t order anything. I still see the website on google.

This company have to be the WORST fraudsters on the market, paid £25 for a 17" realistic doll and they have sent something that looks like it came out of the mortuary, 8" of rubbish plastic, something you would get in Poundland.

I haven't received my order,BB10818.you took my money but I don't have my shoes.

Focking slant eyed peace of shot 5 moths and they used every excuse not to refund me
