Billy was so patient and helpful

Billy was so patient and helpful, walking me through everything I needed to know to buy my TV, even though it was the end of the workday. Then, that same evening, he and Beach Camera got my order shipped, set up the warranty, and emailed me to let me know. Amazing service!

This item was exactly as described. I unboxed it put it together easily plugged it in, and was able to use it right away. Although it's a refurbished item it looks brand new where I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new one. The price was very reasonable considering that these selI for way more new. My wife is very happy with her new (Refurbished) vacuum. I only had one problem go wrong with it but the seller gave me several options to make it right for us both and everything went smoothly without any problems. They communicated with me very fast and assured me that they would take care of the issue with the item and even offered to refund me a significant amount back and for that we are truly grateful. I would recommend this seller to anyone because they work with you.

Handling the Manufacturer's defect in BuyDig

I purchased a Samsung Odyssey G7 G75F 40-inch Curved Ultrawide Gaming Monitor from BuyDig during Cyber Monday on 2025, taking advantage of an excellent eBay coupon that was too good to pass up.

Shipping was prompt. FedEx attempted delivery on Thursday, three days after the order shipped. As I was unavailable, I received the package on Friday.

Upon unboxing and initial power-up, the monitor appeared to function normally on the black background startup screen. However, after connecting it to my laptop, I discovered that approximately one-eighth of the left side of the display was significantly darker than the rest. Testing with my desktop PC yielded the same result, confirming a manufacturing defect.

I contacted BuyDig via eBay chat to request a replacement. They responded promptly, explaining that while they could not offer a direct exchange, they would process a full refund upon return of the defective unit.

I initiated the return through eBay’s system. Two days later, BuyDig recommended pursuing an RMA directly with Samsung. However, based on my previous unsatisfactory experiences with Samsung’s customer service, I declined and requested to proceed with the return through eBay.

BuyDig asked me to await return approval. Once approved, customer service representatives Mariz Amar and Rizza Mae promptly provided detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. I recommend them for their excellent customer service and support. They addressed all of my concerns promptly and professionally. The return process for defective or dead-on-arrival products can often be frustrating and complicated, but BuyDig handled it efficiently.

Throughout the entire process, their communication was clear, consistent, and responsive. I am confident in recommending BuyDig and hope they continue to maintain this high standard of service.

Misleading Listing – Sent Wrong Product, Refused to Resolve

I purchased what was clearly advertised as a Generation 3 Nest Thermostat from BuyDig on eBay. Instead, I received two Generation 2 units, which are older and lack the features I specifically needed. This was not a simple mix-up—it was a misrepresentation of the product.

When I contacted the seller to request a correction, they refused to replace the items, citing the 30-day return window—even though the issue was not about timing, but about false advertising. I did not receive what I paid for.

eBay also failed to take action, despite being made aware that the listing was deceptive. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I’ve been left with products I didn’t order, and no accountability from either the seller or the platform.

Buyers beware: Double-check listings and be cautious when purchasing from this seller. If something goes wrong, you may be left without recourse.
