Device never arrived, refund didn't either

Ordered 11th December, paid for express shipping 1-2 day delivery it's now 12 days later and there's not even a tracking code from the courier.

9 emails from Buyers Paradise, apologising and stating device would be delivered the next day and eventually promising a full refund all of which were lies. The device hasn't arrived and the same day refund issued over 2 days ago has not arrived either.

While the comms from Buyers Paradise were polite and appreciated everything within them has been shown to be false. I'm of the opinion this is a scam company and I would avoid it at all costs.

I've now informed my bank and will be recovering the money paid to Buyers Paradise. I hope this review prevents them scamming anyone else in the future.
