Of the countless orders I have placed with them via eBay I've only had one item not arrive and I received a full refund.
Item Previously Opened, Parts Missing
Terrible merchant.
Item described as new, however the box was bashed and previously-opened, as were the bags holding parts which should be sealed, and a part was missing. The item was for a present, which was embarrassing, but I managed to get a spare part from the manufacturer. A return was offered, but would not have allowed me to give the present, and the merchant would not confirm that I would get the postage costs of a return back.
The merchant ignored half of my emails and refused to suitably acknowledge the poor condition of the item and customer service by offering a partial refund upon request.
Would never use again - buyer beware.
Parcel arrived quickly and in perfect condition
Ordered an item via Flubit and was slightly nervous when I saw it was fulfilled by buyforless, given the reviews on this site. However, the next day I was sent a dispatch notification and a tracking number, and my item arrived the next day. It was well packaged, sealed and in perfect condition.

However, Buy-For-Less-Online are con artists - they make you pay premium delivery, then ship sub-standardly using Royal Mail. I have now opened a case to get these cowboys banned from Amazon (and Amazon have been very helpful as they care about their customers). I warn you... DO NOT BUY anything from this company - or on their website... there are much better, trustworthy options.
Extremely poor and not to be trusted!

Returned the item. Still haven't heard anything after 11 days and have no replacement or explanation. Emailed them again, but, surprise - nothing heard! Would not order from this company again, absolute rubbish and not to be trusted. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Delivery was slower than a concrete snail
The business did not keep to their estimated delivery time; I spend £100 on a product, expecting it to at least reach my grasp, but end up waiting for nearly two weeks (I was told I would receive the product in 4-5 days). It still hasn't arrived!
My patience is falling dangerously close to the Earth's core.
Great service
Having had a parcel not delivered after 3 weeks I phoned them about missing item, got an apology and offer of full refund or replacement, I was feeling lucky so opted for replacement with an under taking to return original item if it appears. They told me they would upgrade the postage and the item appeared one day later and the correct part. So sorry to the people who lost things but full marks to buyforlessonline and would use them again.
Wrong product sent and bad communication
I made an order through Amazon with this company, and at first was very happy as the delivery was quicker than they stated. However, that was the only good thing of the experience.
They sent me the wrong item, and it took four days of backwards and forward emailing and messaging to get them to send me a returns label and agree to refund the item, as it then turned out they didn't have the item I had originally ordered. I started by emailing them using the address they provide on the delivery slip, and received a reply saying I needed to contact them through Amazon. I contacted them through Amazon, and was told to email them. In that email I explained I had previously emailed and been told to contact through Amazon but was then told to email, and received exactly the same message I had originally "Contact us through Amazon." I contacted again through Amazon, and had the same reply to email them.
No one seemed to want to take responsibility for the issue or couldn't be bothered to read the previous chain of messages to see what had already happened or what I had been told to do. Today I was told they received my returned item, but could I clarify if I wanted a refund or a replacement..after the last emails stated they couldn't provide me with the correct item and would refund me as soon as it was received. After two days of these emails I complained about the lack of customer service which was unacknowledged.
What a joke
Recently had the misfortune to order from Buy For Less On Line, from Amazon. Delivery date of the 10th March given came and passed. Contacted company to be told to wait as package could be in "transit" blame placed with Royal Mail. Twelve days to deliver within the UK. I now doubt if the product was even despatched. Take my advice do not buy from this bunch of clowns !
Don't buy from this company!!
They welched on a sale when they realised they'd misquoted the delivery charge so even though you've had a "item dispatched" confirmation from this crowd, there's no guarantee you're going to get it.
Elementary contract law says that, if you misquote such that fulfilment of a contract is going to be more expensive than you thought leading to less or no profit or even a loss on the deal, that is YOUR problem, not your customer's, and it does NOT give you the right unilaterally to cancel the order.
Untruths told - avoid.
Purchased a toy via Flubit. Order status set as "Awaiting dispatch" for over a week. When chased, buyforlessonline.co.uk said that it must be lost in the post (but could not say when or how it was posted) and cancelled the order.
Toy still shows as in stock on their website.
Dodgy people who I will never deal with again. Avoid.
Liars and scammers
I made the mistake of purchase this toy before reading reviews. We canceled the order 2 hours after placing due to a review stating the toy has a British accent. I contacted seller to cancel but seller denied stating the item has already dispatched. I am very unhappy as I asked to cancel within 2 hours and was denied. Yet it takes 39 days to ship? Buyer beware of false advertisements from seller.
Incredible Prices, Rapid Postage and Intuitive Site.
You want a bargain with typically niche items which cause fierce pricing, Buy for Less is the surprise choice that I would've normally neglected. It is fully faithful to the name whilst also competent, something which is rare as bargain typically entails cuts elsewhere - introducing defects with vital areas from postage, inventory management to warehouse storage.
Product arrived immaculately and expediently, with the item packaged well to sustain no damage during transit. Price was also exceptional and I'm confident with any future purchases.

First time I have ordered from this company and was slightly dubious given the poor reviews. But as the price was very good and elsewhere was out of stock I thought I would take the plunge.
I ordered my item on a bank holiday Sunday evening. Tuesday I received an email to say it had been despatched and after being given a one hour time slot the goods were delivered as promised on Wednesday lunchtime by DPD courier.
So all in all very pleased got the item I wanted at about £15 /£ 20 cheaper than other suppliers. Glad I took a chance!
Rubbish!
Two weeks after ordering (and being advised of despatch), I asked where the delivery was.
1st I was told that the item was returned damaged by the couriers. Then I was told there was no tracking number available (after two weeks?). They blamed DPD (which was rubbish).
Now they're Out-Of-Stock. The truth is they never had it in the first place did they?
Refund given immediately - despite the fact I asked them to wait and assess the damage to the parcel for me.....wakey wakey there is no parcel is there?
LIARS.
Amazon needs to be more selective about the businesses it hosts.
When I ordered an expensive toy for my grand-niece, I thought I was buying from Amazon and that Buyforless Ltd. was a subsisiary of Amazon. Why, why, why didn't I search for reviews before I completed the "purchase". The toy I wanted was out of stock in the reputable shops and I was delighted to find that it was "in stock" at Amazon, even though it was more expensive than in the mainstream shops.
Having ordered on 4/12/13, we were informed the following day that the item had been dispatched and would be delivered between the 9th and the 14th of December. It hadn't arrived by the 14th and the response to an email was that it takes up to three weeks for deliver and that we should contact them if it didn't arrive by the 26th - yes! the 26th.
I rang Buyforless on 19th to be told that the delivery date was not something that they could stand by as it was forced on them by Amazon. I asked for a refund and I was told "We will not be giving you a refund". Most of the conversation consisted of the "customer service" rep talking over me and on one occasion when I tried to interject she said "please don't talk over me". I would be funny if I wasn't out of pocket by almost €100. When I asked if they had any proof that the item had been dispatched, she said that it was on their system as dispatched, i.e. they couldn't prove anything. In essence, she was pig-ignorant.
In hindsight, I don't believe that Buyforless had the item in stock. These guys are a bunch of cowboys and I would recommend that people avoid them like the plague, unless you like being scammed.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! My poor elderly parents paid double for a game than Argos and Toys R Us were selling it for. Tried to sort it out amicably but received a mouthful from the Customer Service Manager telling me that I was acting badly because I wasnt getting what I wanted. She also said that the price they paid was irrelevant. To top it all she wouldn't give me her name! Worst customer Service ever received and a total rip-off. Bad reviews of this company all over the internet so I guess not just me. I shall be writing to Dan the MD
Terrible delivery times and Problem Solving Attitude
I bought Item # 24028709 - Pro Player Pack - PS3 - Venom from them 10 days ago, I'm still waiting even though it was clearly stated from them it was going to take only 2-4 working days at time of purchase.
I contacted them for a tracking number / proof of postage (which is free at the post office) they didn't have any of these available for me.
I'm now facing Xmas without one of the presents on time and I've been told I have to wait another 5 days to claim a refund or have it redelived.
Very unhappy customer, will not shop again or recommend this website.
Please shop somewhere else, there are plenty of other websites willing to keep customers happy and returning.
