Glamorous make over
Really pleased with whole ordering process, regularly updates on product delivery and arrived really quickly (only downside it had to be signed for but by luck was at home that day).
Product is great I ordered Fun Bun Hair Wrap by easihair - colour was a perfect match and provides a real glamorous up do - I have shoulder length layered hair but just wrapping this round a ponytail looks fab and will save a fortune at the hairdressers.

We did try experimenting with a non-tracked delivery service where the items didn't have to be signed for, but we found that our customers like to be able to track their items to get a better idea of the delivery date, so we have reverted back to this service.

Great price and service.
I bought a flip in hair extension from buyhair. I opted for the 4-7 day international delivery and it came to me here in Perth, Western Australia after 4 days from me ordering it so I was very happy. The price of postage was very low and the price of the extension was also very low. I am very happy with the product, Im a big fan of flip in hair extensions so when I wanted to buy a hair extension, I only wanted flip in and they were too expensive from stock holders of flip in hair over here. Were talking twice the price of what I paid for from buyhair.
I would definetly recommend buyhair to anyone of my friends.
The customer service was brilliant, they have online customer care agents who can help you in anyway.
I also liked when I was actually ordering the product that there was not alot of useless info to fill in.
When ordering clothes or any products online you usually have loads of stuff to fill in.
They kept me updated by email when my order left the UK and then when it landed in Perth which was great.
It is a very user friendly website and is very cheap.

I would recommend the company for delivery purposes thats it
I bought balmain hair from the site as its best hair. I was advised from the sites blurb of the product and a sales person that one packet at £170 would be enough for a full head. Not only was the product one of the most expensive from a price comparison site BUT it was also not even close to half a head let alone a full. Really disappointed I forked out so much money and still have to buy more hair again to get a full head if extensions..false advertising and now I have to wait til next payday to buy another set of hair.. Not good.

I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the Balmain product you ordered. In normal circumstances the product is enough for a full head. We have spoken to a representative at Balmain and they have confirmed that the product is advertised for full head application. Obviously this would depend on the thickness and length of your own hair, so in this cirumstance I'm sorry that it was not enough to create the style you required.

good with the bad
The harland hair that I used to order on a weekly basis was amazing, never had any complaints from any of my clients. But recently there hasn't been any stock when I try to order or I'm sent an alternitive without being informed and the hair is just not the same standard.
I ordered a few days ago and the hair had unexpectedly jumped up in price and they said the hair was now true remy so I paid. I used it on a client yesterday and it was so thin.
Go back to harland hair!

I can appreciate your frustration when you had been trying to place orders and we were out of stock in some colours and lengths. We have been changing over to a different manufacturer and it had taken a little longer than anticipated for the new hair to arrive.
I have passed your comments about our new hair on to our management team and I can confirm that the new hair is the same weight as the other hair with each strand being 0.65g. The new hair is Grade AAA+ Remy hair and is therefore more silky and smooth. Because of this, it will lie flatter than the old hair and this might be why it seemed thinner. I hope you find that advantages of both the extra durability and manageability of the new hair will make up for it appearing thinner.

Ordered over the phone and used express delivery. Very friendly and efficient service. My only crticism is that the product (micro rings) was extremely expensive for only 100 rings (I misread the description thinking it was 1000, so my fault for ordering at £14.32 per 100).

When it arrived it looked artificial. It's very easy to put in your hair. I bought it for my weddingday but it looks to artificial for that, when you take pictures it's very yellow?? I've kept it for evening purposes as the light isn't so bright ;-)

Best hair I've ever worn!
I've worn extensions for YEARS and sadly the ones I used to have wrecked my hair. So, I took a break from them and then decided to have less of them and try a different hair brand. I've never worn such light-weight, silky smooth hair AND the best part is that they've actually helped my hair grow and thicken. Such good value for money and the hair and bond is lasting really well. I'd recommend these to anyone looking to have extensions. Amazing.
