Buy in Coins say you have a thirty day guarantee, this is not true.
I bought a battery charger from them and it was faulty, so I emailed them in order to arrange it's return. My email did not even get a response, they do not care they just want your money.
So buy from them at your own risk, because there is no guarantee that the item you buy will be any good. It might be better to look elsewhere, as I am still stuck with a useless charger.

I must have ordered 50+ items from this seller, and everything has been received, had a couple of faulty goods which were resolved amicably (an almost full refund, with no need to return) However most of my orders are low tech stuff.
I recommend, its as good as eBay ! :-)

Ordered phone from buyincoins.com. Product description indicated several languages: English, Russian, French, German, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese. Received phone with: Chinese and English. Not the languages needed for the customer.
Returned phone back to buyincoins.com. After receipt buyincoins.com refused to exchange or refund as described in buyincoins.com Return Policy.
False product description, no exchange, no refund. Only deception.

Sent me a defective tablet. and only managed to recover some of the money by using the paypal complaint.

I ordered 18 different items on Dec 13 2013, they dispatched on Dec 19 2013 except one item due to lack of stock. I received Package in 20 days few days ago.
When I opened the package 4 of ordered items were not in the package, but there were 4 other items in the package which I have NOT ordered. I wrote messages and send photos of those different items. They asked me what was the package weight, I told them what was on the post office receipt, also shoot a photo and send it to them.
on the order information in their website One of the ordered item shown as sent ( with the tracking number) but when I asked them they told it is split dispatched without tracking number.

Since now I have made 9 orders from this website. In every order I have faced problems. In one of the orders I have order an anemometer, when I received it ıt was not working
This website is always problem, especially priced over 20$ items.

BUYINCOINS are scammers. Extremely slow shipping. If you asking for DHL or Hongkong post they will use China Post. They wont dispatch your item directly but will waiting till end of the week after they collecat all of their orders. Seems to be its cheaper for them to collect all order first before they disptaching en of the week.

A MESSAGE TO ALL BUYERS ON EBAY: If you see that you dealing with buyincoins on ebay, just give them a directly negative feeback after you recieved your item..

The do not honor their daily clearance prices.. It show one price on their sight but charge you a complete different amount. Then i also had another problem with then.. I got a receipt for $142.76 AUSTRALIAN but when i paid for it I found that they charged me $161.16AUSTRALIA, I sent all my receipts to prove it and proof of what was taken from my account and they still will not refund the over $18 dollars they over charged me. The are a total rip off. Also found that half of the products are faulty and they will not replace or refund.. BE very careful when buying from here.

I ordered some stuff almost a month ago. DO NOT buy technology from them, because if it does not work, you will have to ship it back and will cost you a fortune. Just buy mobile phone covers and stuff that don't break that easily.

I ordered over 200 items from buy in coins worth over $900 USD of small Arduino related electronics equipment the nature of the items means they do not come in manufacturers packaging or boxes and are rather delicate and need to be properly packaged to avoid damage.
It is obvious they do not care in the slightest; all 200 items were chucked into one piece of bubble wrap, and then taped into a large ball, no box, no individual wrapping.
When i opened the package, everything was damaged, scratched, bent and broken.
I contacted them; they requested pictures, so i sent them.
They in turn offered me a $20 refund, i turned it down and they come back with a $35 dollar offer, they have to be joking. I am out of pocket over $900 plus the extra $35 for shipping, and that was all they could offer, I AM DISCUSTED.
Do not buy off Buy In Coins!!! They have no regard for their customers.

well you know what they say, you get what you pay for, if it too good to be true guess what it is.
I bought an EasyCap system from buy in coins which comes with a usb video input/capture tool and software to capture said video, well the product came in a plastic bag (red flag) and then i went about to trying that out. well the usb capture device worked but when i went to load the software i had an issue since it did not come with a software key that is required to install the software,
well i made several attempts to contact them, once while the package was in transit, and twice more when i found out i was missing the software key. over a month later i still have not received a response.
Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

I almost shop for a year and i am a frequent buyer. I have received all my parcels well up to now. Buyincoins Help Desk is very helpful and fast on Facebook Page, ask them for discounts. Site is also well but slow, and they hardly understand your problem i do not understand why. Products are very cheap, shipping free. I recommend to all...

They were answering pretty fast but answers from people they did not have a clue about what was going on.
Until the last day (35 days later) before they refund my money they were asking me to wait for another 2 weeks saying that the parcel has left but has delayed.. It was almost funny to receive two emails almost at the same time at Paypal and their website, one saying I have to wait and the parcel has left their post office and the second that they will refund my money.
I have made purchases from Asia before, I know the problems and the delays, but I cannot accept clueless or on purpose lying customer care.
I feel lucky that at least they refund my money after 40 days..
Never again.. and almost ruined my experience for all Asian sites.

Given the number of issues I've had with so many purchases from this site, I will no longer be using BIC's services. For a time, it was my favourite online shopping site, but then I started to think hard. Orders being unavailable (at least they sometimes give a compensatory discount, though it's usually minuscule), orders taking a long time, that was bearable because it was super cheap. Sending faulty hardware (pieces missing, items not working fully), fine it's annoying, but as I said, cheap. Fraudulent review systems which give no indication regarding the quality of the actual product (no actual rating called 'product quality', and non-perfect reviews are filtered out by them)? Pretty questionable practice. Dodgy equipment which DAMAGES my other equipment (most recent purchase; iPhone charger), that's the last straw. I will no longer be a customer of this site.
That being said, there are some pretty cool gadgets awesomely cheap (its finger mouse, the only super cool product I was happy with) which is its saving grace from being a 1-star rating.

I've been using BIC for around 9 months and every order made with this Chinese company has arrived in about 2 weeks (to UK).
A wide selection of goods but mostly centered around electronics, always free delivery and a price-match promise, if you can find it on-line cheaper anywhere else just let them know.
I've yet to have a bad experience with BuyInCoins.com and i've ordered over 20 times... just a great site, plain and simple.

I've ordered for a couple of 100 euro's and all the packages arrived. They even take a photo of the package before they send it to you. I ordered a Android tablet which stopped working after a month. I had to ship it back to them and they gave me a refund and paid for the shippingcosts!

The items I ordered where never delivered. I send many e-mails and send a lot of messages using the buyincoins site. I never received a single response!

I have been using them as a supplier for tablets for my website, and the products arrive to me in Toronto within 2 1/2 weeks, tracking number is always provided with the free shipping, and when I have a couple of issue with 2 tablets they issued me a refund to get them fixed locally. So far so good after 1 1/2 years of using them. They don't have any of the expenisive tablets I sell, but for the cheaper ones, hard to be beat.

This is my fave shop now. They are cheaper than another well known company I used before. Postage is normaly 3 weeks to norway - and every package under 200 NOK is tollfri to norway.

They always pack in grey plastic wrap with bubble, so its well packed.
For 2 USD extra you can choose signed mail.

BuyinCoins ripped me off. I had never even heard of the company until I found an unauthorized charge to my paypal acct.

I have been trying to resolve the matter with no luck whatsoever so far. Avoid these crooks!
