Poor quality item and deceptive returns…
Poor quality item and deceptive returns policy. Do not trust this company. The jacket I ordered arrived after about 3 weeks, and looked OK but the collar was so overstuffed that it was essentially unwearable. After several days of emails back and forth they eventually accepted my request to return and refund it, giving me an address in NY,USA, to which I sent it at my own cost.
The tracking indicated it was received but despite multiple requests they have never acknowledged or refunded me. Further, when I raised a case with PayPal they responded by asking me to send it to a different return address, and even after I explained that this was already sent to the first address they gave me, they rejected my claim. So I have no jacket, no refund, and lost the cost of the international return postage, and when I contact them again they said they would look into it then never responded. Do not trust them with your money,
