Extremely Disappointing Service

Extremely Disappointing Service.
Avoid This Dealer
We had one of the worst experiences at salvage cars From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and frustrating and keep changing promises. We paid a deposit for a vehicle and I think they got couple of hundred extra so they were making reason till they refunded the deposit. lack of communication. Don't trust what they say on online or over the phone.

I was told my car would arrive at 7am

I was told my car would arrive at 7am, the car didn't arrive so I called to ask what was the problem, I was told it would be there 12pm, then 3pm then not answering my calls. The car turned up at 9pm after I had taken a day off work.
No battery on the car when it clearly showed an original battery on the photos, it had been ripped out so broken bracket too. Trims ripped off, again they was on the pictures. Wheel damage as the car had to be dragged of the transport as no battery to start the car.
All costing me hundreds of pounds extra.
I called to explain the situation, again fobbed off, after many calls was offered £20 for the extra damage.

Thanks Dave, he help me all the way through the whole process, at first I was scare however he reassure, help to source the parts at a good price. Process was smooth, definitely recommend.

1st class for salvage cars

This is now the fourth car I have purchased from salvage cars. They have a huge stock of many different models and makes. They are great to deal with. See you again soon for the next one. Thanks again Oliver Fawdington
