Awful service

Thanks for the feedback.
I can see from our records that your order was placed on April 4th at around 11pm.
Lead time is stated on the product page as 10 working days, which including bank holidays brings us to the 21st April. Your order was dispatched from us on the 19th April, and should therefore have been delivered to you on the 20th April, which is slightly ahead of schedule ;-)
Can you please confirm your receipt of the product?
Also, I have personally checked back through our email records and cannot see any emails from you. Would you mind clarifying which email address you sent to?
On the basis of the above, I do feel that the feedback provided above is rather unfair and would politely ask that you consider revising this. If there are any issues with the products received, please do let me know. We would be happy to call you to discuss.

Order placed 6th April - still not received as of 19th April
I have had no contact regarding delivery from Buzzstop
I have emailed them but have not received a reply
If I ever receive my order then I doubt I will use them again as their customer service is non existent!

Thanks for your feedback. I believe that the goods were delivered on the 20th, which was 8 working days from receipt of your order. I believe the lead time specified at the time was 5 working days, so you are correct that your product was delivered slightly late and this should have been communicated to you. Please accept my apologies.

Product was fine once it arrived. No lead time was given at time of order placement.After two weeks I made two phone calls, which after following the recorded instructions went to automated voicemail, the messages left received no response.This was followed up with an email, again with no response. I eventually managed to speak with someone by taking the "place an order" option on the telephone system ad was told that I would receive my order within the next week which is what happened. I still await the promised VAT invoice.
