Garbage products and all sales final

I ordered the rose heating pad for myself and the sherpa zonal mattress pad for my mother. There are 9 heat settings on each. I tried my heating pad and discovered that the heat is undetectable until the highest setting and, even then, it’s just sort of warm. I immediately emailed cust svc and they strangely replied with “that’s how it’s designed to function.” They also informed me that, because the package has been opened, it can’t be returned. How would one know it doesn’t function properly without actually using the device?! So basically the return policy is ALL SALES FINAL unless you just want to return a sealed box. I wrote a 1-star review on the listing for the heating pad and Bwarm deleted it!

The next day, my mother informed me that her mattress pad wasn’t emitting any heat unless she put it on the highest setting. I contacted cust svc again and got the same robotic answers, most likely provided by AI. I wrote another 1-star review on both listings and they were deleted by the next morning. The positive reviews are fake and there could be hundreds of scammed and unhappy customers like me. Deleting reviews is the lowest of lows.

They got me for almost $200 and now more Chinese crap is going straight to the landfill. Their alleged 5 year warranty is a lie and they won’t be around that long.

Be warned about Bwarm. I hope potential customers find this review and they are spared losing a lot of money.
