I purchased my OKI from BWCL a few years ago, to compliment the machines that I had to produce a Community magazine.
I have always dealt with them to look after this machine and buy consumables. Sadly we had to cease production of the magazine. The help and service during that time was second to none. they went out of their way to help. We still have the printer and I had call to purchase another toner for it. I was stunned that the service was even better than before. I thought that that was not possible. Not only did I receive the package quickly, but I had two text messages from the delivery guys telling me the day it was to be delivered and one giving me a 1 hour time slot. I wish the gas people could be half as efficient. And yes, it arrived within that time. A big thank you to all concerned.
