I complained online about postage , got told it was clearly labelled. This is true however how can they justify this price.
I asked a further question and my email bounced back as they had blocked me. Not great customer service from the online shop. Won’t be buying again .

A little order for my local BWFC fan before Christmas. The Club badge mug as part of this order arrived smashed. I contacted them many times about this. They insisted on a photo of the smashed mug, which surprised me, but I guess it is their right. I tried to send this electronically a number of times, but the website clearly blocks the receipt of images.
I used snail mail enclosing a photo before christmas.
I've heard nothing. No mug, no refund, just disappointment. Rating - 1 star at best.
