Offered me a welcome bonus took the money then said I had self excluded in the past and was not eligible after taking the money I put in for being offered the welcome bonus.

Do not go near this site they let me deposit over £100 then when I start winning halfway through the game lock my account asking for verification yet they didn’t ask me this before I spent my money then when I had money in my account to withdraw, they don’t let you have it. After 888poker, Bwin is the second biggest scam in poker. It’s crawling with house bots. The only room where I stayed in profit every single session for two months was WPT Global, but they closed my account because of my win rate. Everything else is a scam.

Having not used Bwin for a while, I received an email with an offer,have a £5 bet, get a £5 free bet. Made a deposit, went to place a qualifying £5 bet, message came up, 'bet not placed,stake above your allowed 0.84p!!!' They don't know what they are doing.
Raised this by email, no reply.

Don't know how this company survives, especially after reading other reviews.

When joining you are asked for so much personal information it worries you. They act like they are a bank giving you a mortgage. Bank cards and driving licence not enough. They want you sending live pictures holding numerous licenses, documents and bills. I have had loans easier. Looks like I had a lucky escape from all the shocking reviews. Don't expect answers to emails as its not going to happen. Just left shocked how bad it was.
