I deposited $500 for the superbowl and didn’t even make a bet on the sportsbook. I decided to withdraw my initial deposit the day after and now my account has been closed and money hasn’t been sent back.
I’m not able to speak to a human being and get answers it’s extremely frustrating. Avoid at all costs!

Hey so I wrote a review about this scam company 6 month ago and let me share my story with u guys .. they stopped my account when I had 9087 and told me they would make bank transfer on Aug 26 of 2024 … money was always gets returned to them even tho I gave them my bank statement bank letter because they intentionally use wrong format to make bank tranfer .. they were trying to steal 9087 dollars from me but I wasn’t gonna let them get away like that .. they are licensed by Malta Gaming Authority and I made complaint told them they are scamming innocent peoples money ..3 days ago I finally got my money back on my credit card instead of bank account … 9000 dollars …. If they owe you money contact Malta Gaming Authority report to them ..do not use site guys ..

Scammers DO NOT USE THIS BWIN. One of the biggest scams I have come across. Opened account received email saying now that I’m all verified I can just start and play. So I won £6300 so I withdrew my winnings, so I received email saying further documents need for security checks. So I provided documents they asked me for, after nearly a week received email saying that my account was closed and my founds have been sized. So I call customer service asking why have they sized my moneys the operetor couldn’t give me an explanation. So now I have had to contact solicitors that deal with gambling issues.

This casino is ridiculously unfair!
I have played other casinos and rightfully so took it on the chin when I have played through my winnings but this casino is a joke! I have played £850 since November and I haven’t hit above what I have deposited in a single session, bonuses are practically non existent! I get you win and lose on these things but bwin does not give you the opportunity to win above your deposit amount. I have reached out to live chat twice about this and they state it’s a random generater however I do not understand how anyone could be so unlucky depositing on several different sessions and not winning! Its a shame as coral and Ladbrokes are excellent and I have found my self in the positive with them and the plays are actually fair where I don’t need to deposit loads to then win it back months later. Bwin doesn’t give you the option to win a 10th of what you have deposited save your money!!!

I have been invited to play the win a free bet for every goal scored on at least two separate occasions. Placed a bet and goals were scored but no free bets received. Hopeless company that breaks its promises. Bwin can keep its offers and webiste. Goodbye

Took my money then asked for id which I sent then nothing even the chat doesn’t work pure scam

absolute scam, i registered and got unregistered because I didn't supply my documents.... I did this 6 times until I called them and asked why it still hasn't gone through, all of a sudden it got registered.

they canceled my account and the service told me to reregister ( apparently regular procedure )

Today I reregistered and won 1200 from 50, they once again canceled my account..... stay away, stay away, stay away.

EDIT. all of my money was kept and nothing paid.

Stay Well clear of these scammers, I bet over £100, stupid I know, and I won 20p, awful web site, one of the worst by far.

All these comments are a load of rubbish, i made a decent size withdrawal and read these then started to panick slightly, it was in my account the next day.

no doubt most of these comments are from people moaning about welcome bonuses.

I have made a fortune betting on Donald Trump to become the next US President, however bwin has not paid me out after he has become the President-Elect. The support seems to be from China or India, they can't even speak proper English. I have never bet professionally in my life before, but this truly is a scam website. Betwin took my deposit and then limited my bets to $1. Difficulties to log in now, hope i can get my money back.

Never ever have experience like in bwin lost a lots of money biggest bonus was 112X and I had aroun 100 bonuses it’s a scam avoid!!!!!
