Despicable Company

This company is probably (no, forget that, definitely…) the most useless, insidious, lying, underhanded, deceitful, incompetent, backstabbing bunch I have ever had the misfortune to use.
They design your kitchen, then send you the incorrect plan, again and again and again. I gave them 2 months’ notice, on September the 29th, that I wanted the kitchen delivered on December 8th, they said yes that’s fine, and took my money.
Come December the 8th, I have taken out the customers old kitchen, and waiting for the new one to be delivered, time was getting on, so I called them to ask where it was, where they gave me a load of cockamamie story about “problems in their warehouse”, what they meant was, they forgot it, and it took another 5 days to get it delivered. They blamed it on circumstances beyond their control, yet despite asking time after time after time what that was, they never produced an answer.
When it came, half if it was wrong, the units would not fit, and even starting was not possible as the corner unit and the tall unit where missing, it took another 6 days to get the correct items delivered, and I had to work all over Christmas to get the job done.
They are a travesty of a company, their customer service is second to everyone else, a totally useless mish mash of people who do not really have any idea of what they are doing, a shameful disgrace on the kitchen scene, save your money, don’t waste it on these charlatans, they are really not worth your time. Shocking and disgraceful, appalling and incompetent, rude and impolite, they hide behind jargon and hyperbole, they have no grace or honour, they are below contempt, lacking any self-esteem, and unworthy of your custom, AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
They tried to get this removed, but its still here, just goes to show how scared they are, I sent them a bill for lost days and poor service, still waiting, but I will persue my cause until its settled.

BA Kitchens terrible customer service

We engaged with BA to supply kitchens for commercial properties initially. In the first instance we tried them on a residential refurbishment with 2 kitchens, 2 pantry areas and a bedroom. The product, when it arrives complete and undamaged is very good. However, we have had several short deliveries, wrong deliveries and wrong design which has caused a huge amount of work an expense due to extra joinery work. The response from BA has basically been a two fingered approach and reliance on their disclaimer. We have had to pay additional delivery charges and admin fees on each error. We will not be using them for commercial properties - the risk of construction delays and the time involved in trying to get the right product just isn't worth it. The only positive reviews seem to be from re-sellers who make money from selling this stuff.

Guaranteed delays and arrogant customer service staff. BA doesn't want your business.

The worst customer service our business has the displeasure of dealing with. Consistent delays and issues with products are acceptable if resolved correctly. However, BA customer service take no liability for their mistakes and will make the customer feel guilty for raising a faulty product or questioning the whereabouts of an order over 2 weeks late.

It's a shame because they have a good selection of products but, with the door market becoming more competitive, their awful customer service is ultimately what has made us move to new suppliers who appreciate our business and deliver on their commitments.

By far the WORST company

By far the WORST company, full of attitude.
We are desperately waiting for a good company to replace these mean money-hungry scam bafoons, they would not replace any item, deliver damaged stuff, and find all excuses in the world to avoid replacements. It seems like they choose the highest level of sick-minded evils with dark souls in their customer service. They will scam you to pay for anything and will not resolve the issues.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

We've bought doors and panels from BA for a couple of years to compliment our own workshop offering. Unfortunately, the first time we've had to ask them to look at several doors within a kitchen that have manufacturing defects, they've let us and our end customer down massively. I can see from other reviews that this is a common occurance. Several handle-less doors have had issues with the vinyl not being glued correctly in the finger pulls, and they've used the excuse that they don't warrant doors below sinks, on dishwashers etc. The doors have been in little over 18 months, are NOT water or "environmentally" damaged as claimed, and the issue is spread across the whole of the kitchen, including drawer fronts which are no where near water. Really disappointed and certainly won't be putting any further business their way.

I'd strongly advise you don't use this company as their "kitchen door range" isn't suitable for kitchens and they'll come up with any pathetic excuse to get out of honouring their own 6 year warranty.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Shambles

Even 1 star is too generous for this shambolic outfit. Quality is not a priority anymore! Scratches, blemishes, doors drilled the wrong way round, packages arriving damaged, a mess! Not particularly interested in resolving the situation so bye bye. Better manufacturers out there!

Shambles of a company.

Shambles of a company.

Kitchen turned up with smashed doors and doors that had been drilled wrong.

It's months down the line and I still have no replacements. Having to deal with a particular clown named Del Walsh who is as much use a knitted condom.

Avoid like the plague as they have absolutely 0 customers after sales service

Could not agree more with Peter Jones.

My Matt blue cupboards from this company are not fit for purpose. They should not be selling them .
All stains show up, water marks look particularly bad. A really poor product.

Nothing or no one is perfect! BA is a good choice.

I am disappointed to see there are a couple of bad reviews for BA Components, I have had the privilege and honour of dealing with BA for 95% of my client's kitchens and kitchen makeovers along with a host of bespoke projects over many years, I personally have not had any serious issues and I am grateful that I can deal with them and improve my ability to deliver a good product and service at a sensible price to the end consumer.
With so many orders, products and locations you are always going to get a few glitches and the worst of it is the couriers who are not so careful or caring at times when it comes to handling and delivering the products.
It's a big thumbs up from me :-)

The matt blue kitchen cupboards

The matt blue option on kitchen cupboards and drawers are a disaster. They mark easily leaving greasy looking patches throughout (it is not grease by the way simply day to day marks). It is impossible to remove these marks despite using their own, expensive, recommended cleaning product. A follow up visit by the rep may as well not have happened as she simply reported a vision of the product not witnessed by myself or the kitchen installer (who has been great and tried his best to help all along). I will be pursuing an expensive change to the product as I cannot stand the sight of them as they are. Needless to say I will be using another company. Shame on you Byba as I love the colour and design and believe this to be a production fault. To future customers, check very carefully the matt options from this company before purchase.

Excellent supplier, my supplier of choice.

I have used this BA to supply replacement doors for my customers for over five years. The doors have always been supplied within two weeks, none have ever arrived damaged and there have been no mistakes with sizes or incorrect designs. Compared to other manufacturers I use, the range of doors and colours is not as wide but this is not too much of a drawback.
For M to M doors, they are my supplier of choice.

this company is a joke, slow damaged goods

this company is a joke, promised a kitchen within 10 days, and it took 1 month to deliver. I nearly lost the customer, i had to come up with excuses daily. when the kitchen finally came, there where damaged doors, and order was incomplete, due to courier.
I then had to wait 2 weeks for the damaged parts to turn up.
The customer left me a bad review, and i have suffered due to this, NOT my fault, reviews damage businesses. thanks a lot BA COMPONENTS!!!!!
