I learn a lot from others. Give it up for REVIEW processes YAY YAY, anyways, what I learned by reading is "at first", and with that being SAID, perhaps I should use it as an "at FIRST" trial and then as soon as the errors kick in go ahead and admit defeat, laugh it off and find another but I'm not sure I trust this software anyways, but if the developers created it and didn't keep up on there Cloudfare, I don't know how storage works in the developer world, I'm gonna look into how they create them and if it DOES cost them to be of service, I mean, EVERYBODY has BILLS. Hmm, PROBABLY neglect and the developers lost interest.

I am 75 years old.I have been using Byclick (previous known as Youtube by click ?) since 6 years ago up to now. ...[1] It is very simple to use, yet as far as my need is concerned, is fully functionable, even for download of playlist of, say over 100 items (of course, of youtube videoes around 25 minutes size).....[2] Yes, there have been a few occassional problems, e.g. download speed become very slow...and even not working properly, but with Byclick's technical support, these problems are solved ultimately, sometimes required a series of communication exchanges and clear and precise dialogue from the users........every time, Byclick's technical support is very patient, responsible, capable, and at the end, solve the problems I encountered......[3] I did have the problems mentiond in the negative comments, but as mentioned in [2] above, they are all solved. ........[4] I have tried many other video downloaders, but up to now, I still stick to BYCLICK.

This worked fine.... until it didn't. Just stopped working with the error "failed to receive data". I went through all the suggestions on their FAQs page with no success. I've tried to get help via their contact form twice and also emailed them. No replies at all. It's like the company doesn't exist anymore. My advice is stay clear, there are many other apps out there that do the same. Any good company would reply to this. The ones to avoid would not. We'll see won't we?

I paid for the app and when having an error, they refused to offer me the support, or to answer my email, so right now i am looking at a non-working app without my money. And i am not the only one facing this kind of error. I will go to the international customer police for this

That software work really well. It is fast and i like it.

I have been using By Click downloader now for probably 3 years I purchased the unlocked version which was not at all expensive I think less than £5.00
the interface is really user friendly and it has never failed to download anything, which it automatically converts and labels for you and the whole process is very quck and hassle free..it does what is says on the tin, it has been update several times and each update just makes it a little better and easier to use..i would definitely reccommend this product for ease of use

Edit ; actually it is possible to download playlists but they have to be public. It was possible with private lists but it seems it's been blocked.

I was working on a 'Retro' TV entertainment system and needed a means of downloading full episodes of TV shows and comedies etc. ByClick Downloader seemed to fit the bil and I went for the paid for version. Initially I had a small issue which with the help of ByClick was a problem at my end using a VPN. Now running without problems this has saved me many hours of searching and downloading. Well worth the money IMO. John

Waste of money. bought premium version.. since the latest update.. only 360p quality with audio is possible and above 360p only video and no more audio conversion or sound. Why do they not test before updating ? Feeling sorry that my money is in the trash. Uninstalling and reinstalling.. same problem.. also can not enter premium number.. Shame shame. they go for the quick money but not for the quality

Since purchasing the Premium Lifetime Plan I had to close my then email account because a company kept sending me porn emails (some kind of dating agency of Russian and Filipino women wearing nothing but a smile. I'm female and not gay). I also had problems with my laptop and had to do a complete install. Although I have lifetime usage of this down loader it is now telling me my 1 day use is up and I need to reactivate using the Activation Key, which I no longer have, or re buy a premium plan. I have looked all over the ByClick website and cannot find anywhere where I can change my email address. I have contacted them for help so am hoping they will get back to me. It isn't good there is no way of being able to change an email address. I hope ByClick contact me.

ByClick contacted me via my original message through their website. They have changed my email address and gave me a copy of my Key, which not only worked but have saved in case of a another mishap. It is strange that customers can't change their own email address though.

I've been using ByClick for about a year (purchase their Lifetime Plan). I tether my mobile phone, and although some of the videos I download are long some can take hours and I'm assuming that is down to me having to tether. But I'm satisfied with the service I receive.

I have been using this downloader since 2017 and while there have been issues at times in the past with the download speeds over the last year it has worked tremendously well and very consistently. It is great for bulk downloads and the interface is fantastic. I have tried a multitude of various software and by click is the best I have come across.

Works great! Super eay to use. Very fast download to the audio type I want with one step download and conversion. I tried 5 other converters and they usually take 2 steps to get the final audio file. I started with VLC but I found that it doesn't work on all videos, especially ones that are over 5 minutes. Byclick can tell of its an album and asks you if you want just the one song or all of them. A very nice feature that I didn't expect! Fully impressed!

Really fast. I mean, lightning fast... This is great because Youtube forces the audience to watch ads now... So ByClickDownloader is the only reliable way around it...

It downloads the video much faster than the ad... Scary good.

I love this Downloader! Have been using it for awhile and every time it has done a great job. So nice to be able to download what I need and store it where I want to. Never had such an easy way to download video. Usually copy link, search for a "working" downloader and then try to get it. Not a concern with byclick. It finds it, asks me if I want it and how I want to download (mp3 or mp4). BAM!! Got my video. Have to say I cannot recommend this as anything but the best purchase I have made for video downloading and if you download video, you need this.

It was a great program when I first discovered it about 2 years ago. Exactly what I was looking for.
I bought Premium to get all the benefits and to support the creators.
Somewhere during 2023 (june or so) the full downloadspeed dropped to a wopping 60-70kbps and has not changed since, with certain larger files just losing connection and a lot of waste of time.

I paid and I would expect to get what I paid for at minimum!

I purchased this product after a successful trial period
The product has deteriorated significantly since that purchase

Downloads drop out at about 90% complete on a regular basis
Download speed had diminished to 10% of the original speeds

The product is not robust and to charge for it is unacceptable

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY, ... there is still a speed issue with videos downloading from You-Tube,.. this has been going on for over a year,... i use a two version old Wondershare program and that downloads at my full bandwidth.

I actually bought this app over a year ago and it worked great initially so thats when i paid for the licence,.. soon after you-tube changed something and the speed of downloads suffered, so I reached out to support and the only response i got was "we are looking at the issue, should be fixed in next release", but there have been a number of releases since and still the issue persists. Total waste of my money
