0% safety despite own rules!

Yet, 5 customers were served, some used loyalty cards, the staff touched and give back the cards, yet, NOT ONCE the hands or surfaces were disinfected. I was there for roughly 12-15 minutes waiting for my order.
The rules might be "recommendations" but 5 people could have been infected in those roughy 12-15 minutes.
I asked them not to touch my food before disinfecting hands. That was all I could do as a customer that already paid for the food.
The food is good but what use if you can get infected in a place like this?!
Big big shame that not even own rules are respected! I will not enter this place until the country is corona free, they can't be trusted!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this has been your experience as we strive to keep all our customers happy and safe. We take covid19 very seriously in Byens Deli and we follow state recommendations, using masks and continuously disinfect surfaces. In addition, we take extra precautions as our staff get tested weekly and to our knowledge, we have not had any cases of customers getting infected at Byens Deli.

Hos Byens Deli tager vi COVID-19 meget alvorligt; vi følger statens anbefalinger, bruger masker og desinficerer overflader jævnligt. Vi har derudover taget ekstra forholdsregler og sørger for at al personale bliver testet ugentligt. Indtil nu har vi heldigvis ikke kendskab til at nogen af vores kunder er blevet smittet hos os.
