Used this company twice now. Easy to make an appointment and big respect to the volunteers who work for this comany! Wonderful to know other people are being helped and I have more space at home. The fact that they collect the items makes it so easy and is not restricted to just clothing. If you don't have boxes then use strong shopping bags and remember, this is not a rubbish collection service! Be thoughtful and kind with your choices. Will definitely be using it again. Keep up the good work! Everyone should be doing what they can ❤️

I only just recently discovered Byewaste and i recommend it to anyone. Just download the app, choose a date, select what you want them to pick up, pack your parcel and wait for them to come to your door. It's that easy

This organisation is amazing <3 every person coming for the pick up so far has been nothing but kind and attentive. It’s both a convenient but also sustainable and social way to declutter.
Only once did an appointment not work out but they immediately called me the next day to find a new slot.

Clear communication, friendly service.

Easy peasy! Very thankful to find a place to donate our old things without any hassle. We scheduled two pickups at the same time to get rid of our 10 boxes. Just left the boxes outside our front door. Definitely recommend!
