I don't know where these guys get all these rave reviews from on their website but it seems to me that they don't want any business and just don't care.
My daughter bought her 1st car 6 weeks ago. Initially it was a great experience great price, great service. After 3 days there was a problem- gearbox had gone. Again dealt with very promptly and car taken back to be repaired. We are now 4 and half weeks with no car. For the last 14 days we have been told next week, tomorrow, Fri. They now won't answer the phone, reply to texts. She just wants her car back - or at least a very honest reply as to when the car will be ready. Frustrating! Such a shame as we were delighted with the service up until this. Communication is non-existent.
