Fantastic service for emergency supply of filters delivered within 17 hours

After being let down by another supplier, Carole and the team at C-Air jumped straight onto an urgent requirement. The team were out quickly and did a great job whilst on site. No doubt we will be using their services again in the future!

I ordered a filtration canistor, however it was not in stock. After I spoke to them they offered an imediate refund or a date when it was in stock. I found it else where, rang them back and they refunded me without any hassle. worth 4 stars.

I was so impressed by C-Air filtration and the level of customer care I recieved from them which was way above and beyond what anyone could expect. Having placed an order, they rang the very next day to check what I planned on using the item for as they explained that a lot of customers bought this particular product for use in a DIYwoodwork environment to adapt an existing dust extractor and that the product I had selected wasn't suitable for this. The lady that I spoke to was extremely patient and knowledgeable about their products and related machinery. I was impressed that, in the interests of good customer care, they had done the honourable thing and contacted me, even though it cost them a sale. I was very sorry that, in the end, I could not purchase from them but very grateful for their help and advice which prevented me from making a costly mistake. A gold star to C-Air filtration.
