My Experience with C2C Lighting Company
Order and Initial Issues
I recently ordered some outdoor lights from C2C Lighting Company (c2clights.com). Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the color was incorrect, prompting me to initiate a return.
Return Process Challenges
The company’s return procedure proved to be frustrating. They require customers to print out a “return form,” fill it out, and then scan and email it back—a process that feels outdated and cumbersome. In addition to this inconvenience, they also impose a “restocking fee.” Overall, their business practices seem reminiscent of the mid-1990s.
Customer Service Experience
After completing the return process and expressing my dissatisfaction with their outdated system, I received a call from a customer service representative. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the representative referred to me as a “pain in the ass” and a “tough guy.” When I requested his name, he responded, “my name is none of your business,” and abruptly ended the call.
Final Impressions
This experience left me extremely dissatisfied. Not only are their prices very high, but their customer service and return team are, in my opinion, the worst I have encountered. I will never purchase from them again and strongly advise others to beware.
