Im telling everyone about cabinet giant that i love. Didn't want the junk that home improvement stores had.

I love my cabinets! Shipping for even the special order items were at my place several weeks before the expected delivery date.

CG couldn't have did better. They are very mindful about ever step from shipment, to ease of assembly, to quality, communication and delivery. The cabinets were so well packaged that there couldn't be any damage.

When emailed cabinet giant with a question, they responded right away.
The whole experience was wonderful.
Don't be afraid to order cabinets online from CG.

They have thought about everything that there could be a concern about and make sure everything arrives in great condition.

The only reason that gave four stars was because there was one bracket missing, but I'm sure if i let CG know, they would have sent it to me.

The cabinets are really easy to put together as promised.

Donna provided an entire blueprint and elevation of my kitchen and primary bath along with an invoice of all of my choices. Cabinets are very high quality and fit perfectly. It is a custom solution without a custom price.

We had trouble with my order from the start. Shipping was horrible!! I was NOT notified the order had shipped until it was already at the dock, then when we go to pick it up... I can't verify it is my order because I NEVER got a tracking number. Fedex sucks!! and they did not help the situation at all! After several calls and a hour later I find out they shipped from somewhere other that cabinet giant... it shipped from somewhere in china!! This really pissed me off!! I bought cabinets that I was led to believe that were MADE IN USA!! When I called whoever shipped the cabinets, NOT cabinet giant!!, I got someone who could barely speak English and had NO desire to help me at all. They even told me that they had NO IDEA who I was or even who cabinet giant was. My order number meant nothing to them.
Then once we get the cabinets, several are damaged! The cabinet panels were out of alignment, had busted edges, and just a cheap cabinet all the way around. The door hinges were a joke! I ended up repairing several cabinets before contacting someone. It took three attempts to get someone to help me, then they did replace most of the damaged cabinets and give me a extra cabinet that I failed to order... Only now we find out the replacement parts you sent are the wrong color!
Fortunately I had a way to unload the replacement cabinets or it would have been a total screw up too. Once again, I did not know they were coming until they were a hour from my house... they were very lucky that I was working close to home or they would just have to wait, but I dropped what I was doing to come home to meet the driver, the driver who told me he would be in a "Box Truck" with a lift gate. He was not, he was in a semi and had to park in the road. Thankfully my son and his friend had stopped by and were able to help muscle the pallet onto my tractor. The way they were packed on the pallet was also a joke.
I have used cabinet giant a few times before, including on my own personal cabinets and was very happy with what we got. I have also referred several customers and friends to cabinet giant. I was NOT happy to see freaking china plastered all over everything!! This was my LAST order with cabinet giant!! and I will NOT refer it to anyone ever again, in fact I will do my best to turn them away from this china crap...

Cabinets came in when expected and the quality was amazing. The designer I worked with was very hepfull and alway responded when i had questions. Ive ordered two kitchens now and they both turned out perfect.

Design was super helpful and gave a new ideas that made a huge difference in our build out. Shipping was quick and easy. Assembly instructions could use a little improvement but it was pretty easy to figure out.

I have been buying from Cabinet Giant for over 12 years. As a construction company, we look for the best quality for our customers. It has been a couple of years since our last order. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the entire process. I had to wait for a response when I called customer service, all orders now go through Shop to pay and it is not clear regarding shipping costs, there was no way to track the process of my order without calling or sending a chat (for which I had to wait for a response. No live person available.), and when we received our order, it was all on one oversized, cheaply made, pallet which broke as it was taken out of the delivery truck.
I have never been disappointed with an order from Cabinet Giant until this one. The cabinets are quality but the customer service availability and the way our order was stacked on the pallet was disappointing.
I will order from Cabinet Giant in the future.

The cabinets are all plywood construction and easy to together.

High quality, affordable price, easy to assemble

Easy to assemble (except one!), and the fronts look good, very smooth finish. But! Took a month to get them delivered. One drawer front damaged. The three-drawer base cabinet had no instructions for assembling the drawer slides, and it's NOT intuitive. A little flimsy in some places: The vanity base floors are very thin, and I wonder if they'll hold after-market slide outs. The walls of the cabinets are quite thin. The corner supports have very little to screw into.

Ive use ld u sever times this last job was my sisters home lot of cab were dinged up most i could hide 1 i coullnt and u replaced not ur fault im sure the damage hsppened in shipping to maine bur usind a neglagent carrier or the pallets are loaded badly
