Update on my last review
Update on my last review. Cable arrived today almost 2 weeks after the order. Was posted from Oranmore Ind Estate Co. Galway so there must be some stock actually kept there. Received email yesterday that it had been posted. Account status still shows 'processing'. All very poor customer relations with no account update, no reply to emails/help requests, nobody (just a recording) answering the phone. All this spooks customers who will conclude the worst! Why can't they improve on BASIC communications!!

Joke of a company
Joke of a company, took 3 weeks to ship, asked for a refund 3 times within the 3 weeks so i could order elsewhere, I got 1 reply saying it will ship on a certain date....did it ship? nope. Then i just recieved notification a week later of shipment, but there's no sign of that moving.
