There was an issue with a REJECTED ORDER
There was an issue with a "Rejected" order that I was unaware of, and the customer service rep. I spoke to was very helpful in looking into and advising how to resolve. All was done very quickly , and he offered to check stock again for me, which was appreciated.

Tax Exempt Info
Obtaining address information for your company so I can generate a tax exempt cert was more difficult than it should be. I had to call someone then send an email to obtain the information that should be on your tax exempt page.

Easy to find what I need, great selection, good prices. All was well, except I added 14 different items to my cart, then went to checkout to calculate shipping, then navigated over to look at power cables, and it emptied my cart so I had to start all over.
