Ordered hdmi cables on Sunday before 1pm as it said on the website that it was next day delivery guaranteed which is not true as I have had to wait until Thursday for royal mail to deliver, cablesuk also state on there website that as soon as order is dispatched they send you a tracker number again this didn't happen and I had to send 2 emails to them firstly asking where my order was and second email asking for tracking number very poor service would not recommend

There are numerous companies selling cables on EBay and other online outlets. I have dealt with many over the past few years. Recently I purchased an IPhone/IPad cable from Cables UK . I had a minor issue with it’s use so I contacted Cables UK by email. The response was immediate and the issue was quickly resolved by Gill in customer service. This is a company that knows the true meaning of Customer Service. I shall purchase all my cables/ leads from Cables UK in the future and cannot recommend enough!!!

Keep getting emails asking for reviews when I have not received anything via a way of products from them

I found their website clear, easy to use and provided helpful details of availability and utilisation. The products were excellent, fit for purpose, delivered on time and packaged securely. No Issues.

As there was an problem with an £8 cable, when I first contacted them I expected a replacement cable to be sent out ASAP along with a pre-paid envolope for the cable to be returned.

Instead I got a 14 email exchange were they blamed the age of my equipment and the settings.

They obviously didn't even bother to read my replies. I wrote "I replaced the new cable with the one from the back of the DVD, and it works fine". and they replied "We understand the cable does not work with your HP laptop but, as I understand it does work with your DVD player"

So I went to Curry and brought the cheapest and everything is fine now regardless of the settings or age of the equipment

Ordered yesterday and received today, no fuss just first class products and service.

Very fast and efficient service. Did not send the item that I ordered but sent an alternative which will do the same job but a little more unsightly. Would certainly use again.
