I work with Melissa Ward a lot. She is always by the phone it seems. She is very responsive and detailed. We first started working together during the pandemic when times were not so great. She helped me supply hospitals with cleaning supplies that needed it.

Back in June of 2020 I started reaching out to Kyle directly for order help & each time he never disappoints! He is friendly, timely, and overall a great guy! 10/10 always!

We have been working with CableWholesale and Kyle for many years. We had the hardest time finding a good cable company until we found Kyle and team. He is always quick with his quotes and his prices are very fair. in most cases they have plenty of inventory, but there are times that they are out and that when I ask Kyle to go in the back and make some for me :):) In all seriousness, Kyle has gone above and beyond his duties to service our account. Had a small hiccup in ordering, they reached out right away and settled the issue almost instantly and my order was handled quickly, great company with amazing customer service

Made a small order in the evening. The next morning I had a email saying one of the CAT6 jacks was out of stock and it would be 5 -7 days. I replied saying I could use the blue ones instead of black. In a couple hours I received a email with invoice with the color change. My order is on the way. Very smooth and easy. I will order from Cables Wholesale again.

Somehow an email to let me know the order was back ordered for two months wasn’t sent And I waited a week before calling to track my order. I checked my SPAM, but the only email was a confirmation of the order. Previously, when an order couldn’t be immediately fulfilled, I was called. Not this time. There was no offer by the salesman to make a substitution or get the substitute package two day to arrive when the original order was supposed to arrive.
It would be helpful to have your website be connected with current inventory to help me, the buyer, know immediately what is back ordered so I can make other choices.
The transaction I had in October did most of these things.

Daniel and Joe were amazing in support helping me get the right unique terminations for the fiber my customer bought, making sure it shipped, and keeping me up to date on the order.

While working on my wife of 40 years Christmas present, very late at nite and sleepy, I made several mistakes on needed cables. Through email and a phone call I was able to correct my mistakes. The personal at Cables wholesale were understanding, kind, and aided in the correction of my mistakes. I have found over years of being a customer that their customer service is great!!! On par with the product they sell. A goto place when you require a product to work first time every time till it is time to upgrade your equipment to do an expanded task years down the road. At that time you can repurpose the Cables Wholesale product to a new task were I have found ‘like the Energizer Bunny’ it keeps going and going and going. Final thought great people great product. ( I was purchasing the latest in HDMI cables for an Audio controlled 4k plus AV system ) RH

Y'all gave me a quote a couple of months back and when you are in the school system it's hard (time-wise) to get a PO through the chain. They check to see if I was still interested and I said yes. You also honored the price that was quoted. Thanks

Due to the nature of my purchase and supervisors I had to request variously changed quote from the company. No matter how I ended up contacting them, they responded in a swift, efficient manner that allowed for me to meet my deadlines to make the orders.

I ordered the cables I needed. I had no problem choosing the cables I wanted, the whole transaction went through without a hitch and the website presents the choices in a simple and direct way. I had no questions and my purchase was finalized in a minue or two.

They are always on point. Always. Placed my order and got a call to inform me I placed my order too late and missed the cutoff time to ship today. The proceeded to tell me when it would arrive (extended due to Labor Day Weekend) and asked if that was OK. They just keep you informed, quickly, always.. ...Always.

Monique helped me with an unusually complicated quote/order, with suggestions and solutions, from start to finish. Her communication and follow-through extended right up to the minute we picked up the order!
