Very poor service don't trust delivery promise.
NO RESPONSE - NO APOLOGY - NO DELIVERY
I ordered a hob from them over three weeks ago which was showing as 'in stock' on their site and it still hasn't arrived so have now had to cancel my order.
When I finally spoke to someone after having several emails ignored, even when I had received the read receipts, I questioned why items show up as 'in stock' on their site when they're not, all they said was that's what happens if you find us through a price comparison site, only by typing their web address in and going directly does it give a true value. No apology or anything. This was my first order with them and certainly the last.

Very poor customer service
Ordered some paper last week as the price was good. Online account showed item dispatched same day, but did not recieve it for a week.
After several calls calling their premium 0870 number got through to 'customer service' saying they would call back in an hour...no response after couple of hours, sent several mails & finally got a reply saying they were looking into it.
Mailed and called again next day.....they are still checking warehouse and will not cancel the order.
Needed the paper for an urgent print job..had to buy elsewhere in the end. Been a nightmare, will never buy again from here.

Office Supplies site that actually delivers what it promises
Over the past 4 years I must have dealt with a dozen office supplies companies online they always never deliver when they say they will , half the items are out of stock when you order and the prices change sometimes on a weekly basis or they spam you every 30 seconds. At least I have now found one that seams ok so i though I would rate a good one for a change. Keith Shaker
