Old and not well kept car that was not even cleaned up
We ordered a new VW Polo and received an old Opel Astra that was not in proper condition. The tires were down and we refused to take it as such. So, first the front tires were changed although the back tires needed to be changed, as well. Second the children seat needed to be changed, because is was very dirty. After all it took us3 hours till we received the car in an acceptable condition.
We were told that Cabrera Medina was completely booked and they could not neither change the car nor the children seat. I wonder why I made a reservation a week before.
