Caccia was able to schedule an appointment the next day for my problem. Technician arrived promptly within the early part is the quoted 2-hr window. He solved the initial problem and further proactively fixed a potential other problem on the spot. He left the work area spotless.

Repair person was on time, polite, took the time to introduce himself and explained everything. Although I probably could have chosen to have him do a minor repair to my garbage disposal, because of the age of my disposal, I opted to have him replace it. At no time did he pressure me to buy a new disposal!
