I thought it was good. But the real truth is they just wanted my money
Imogen on my last laser hair removal treatment didn’t do my feet. After I reminded her twice. I told Omega. I had to drive from Drury to just do my feet
Two of my treatments were cancelled and re-scheduled. On the second one. No phone call or text. I was on my way. So I complained to Omega
On my last treatment. Imogen told me to move my car for another client. I was parked in the Mobility Parking. In my second consultation with Omega. I moved my car then had to come back to my Consultation with Omega. Only to be told Omega has another client she needs to see

In my second consultation with Omega. The prices she gave me. Was not the prices she emailed me. For example $500 deposit to start the plan? Wow, I even wrote down the prices she quoted. What she quoted verbally was less then the prices she quoted in her email
People who take advantage of me, because I have a Disability is wrong. I have been Discriminated too
Therefore I will not use Caci again. Especially Caci St Lukes That’s why my review is what it is
Omega & Imogen can’t contact me, because I’m over being treatment poorly

Every time I go to Caci Kerikeri

Every time I go to Caci Kerikeri, there is always someone there to welcome me. I love my treatments and how relaxing they are. My skin has also been improving because of the products I’ve purchased. I always look forward to my visit. Thank you Caci Kerikeri 😍

I attended appointments with caci for over 3 years. The cosmetic treatment I was receiving over that period amounted 1800 per year. I recently found out there was a cheaper option available for the cosmetic treatment I was receiving.I was never offered or introduced this as alternative cheaper option.Until I researched and found out myself. I also feel I didn't get proper aftercare instruction s upon my appointment visits.it would help if they gave me a aftercare leaflet instead I had learnt that there was more things I should avoid in aftercare or the treatment may become ineffective or wear off after shorter period of time.Also as a loyality reward I was offered a free one off light treatment promotion. that didn't happen.At at times I needed to adjust my appointment times it's difficult to get a hold of reception on the phone. This was my my experiences and maybe this taught me a lesson to shop around.I found an alternative cosmetic company who offers a way cheaper deal with the same effect.Im excited that I only have to pay halve the price per appointment as for Caci it's definitely not for me anymore and I hope they use this review to improve not only there service but maybe have transparency on there pricing as well.

I signed up for a membership, over covid I obviously couldn’t use it, but carried on paying money into it as I wanted to continue after lockdown. Once lockdown was over but with restrictions i decided to use it again, as I had a substantial amount of money saved up approximately $1000. When I booked my appointment it got cancelled as the technician had covid, then I had covid then the rest of the 5 people in my family had covid. So I cancelled my subscription and knew I had a membership credit there.. what I did not realise when signing the membership contact its states that if no contact is made whithin 6 months of cancelation the money can not be use… NOONE from Caci contacted me to tell me it was going to expire, I never got a copy of the contact. I knew all along there was money sitting there- well I thought! I have my 40th birthday coming up and I was going to use this membership credit to have a nice facial and buy some products.. but no they basically stole my money and said sorry!! And Offered me a 1 hour facial. I would never recommend anyone sign up to a membership with Caci as they are a rip off!!

Unfortunate result

While the staff and treatments themselves were really great and I felt very comfortable. The result is not what I expected. I got the Brazilian and armpit laser done. I didn't realize the Brazilian wouldn't actually be a Brazilian and that there is a large area that actually cannot be treated which is where most of my hair grows. So now I am left with a patchy hair growth and still need to get waxed every month. If I had known I would still need to wax/shave as much as I do I probably wouldn't have done it.

We do understand at your final review you were happy with results, which is different to the feedback here. It is important to note that at Caci we aim for 80% hair removal as it is impossible to remove 100% of unwanted hair, and that the Brazilian laser option is not designed to treat the mucus membrane.

laser hair removal…did not work

I signed up for a laser hair removal package. I wanted Brazilian and they were doing an extra area free so I chose legs.
I went to every session and it has not worked. They gave me some free sessions and it still didn’t work.
The owner Zaandra agreed that the outcome was not good.
I sent emails explaining and was basically told bad luck…..unbelievable!! I will never use them again.

Unfortunately due to the initial feedback coming 9 months after treatment, too much time had passed for an accurate review. As you will understand, with every customer’s body being prone to changes in hormones, maturation, medications, etc. - any of these factors can affect hair growth over time. We can only accurately judge the success of a laser hair removal journey within the first few months following final treatment which is why review and check-in appointments are crucial to attend. Should you need to rebook for maintenance, or discuss what this looks like for you, please do get in touch with your clinic team. Please take note that maintenance treatment following a successful reduction isn’t frequent, just needed time to time if required. Take care, Caci

The therapist has great warmth and is skilful. I am not a fan of people in my personal space but Bree has a way of overcoming that in me. She always does an excellent job. The whole place is friendly and inviting. I choose to travel a fair distance to get there but it’s worth it.

Ripped off!

They quoted me for hair removal, I paid in full and then they charged me, saying it wasn't quoted? But that's not the worst - I had three or four treatments out of 7 or 8, they never called me back after the original technician left. The service does not appear to take care of customers.

Don't use them!

My experience with this place has been great. The owner Vandana and her team are so attentive to every detail of my needs. I have been going there regularly for my skin care and recently hooked on to brow/lash tint and I must say it my therapist Sheilja is one of a kind. Feel pampered and glowing. Have been seeing incredible results over short period. Needless to say love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for high quality care and absolutely worth the price.

All wonderful until I became too hard basket

All was wonderful until a procedure went wrong to be fair no fault of anyone's,but as it went wrong the communication became less and I felt fobbed off-I had to go to head office where a wonderful lady Brandy assisted me-still waiting for a result from Ashburton Caci.
