Take note .

Take note .. Cadbury caramel used to be my go to indulgence and it’s recently nothing like the old Carmel bars .. waxy like eating a candle with bland taste and a palm oil coated mouth.. seems every time I had a bar I would have very bad guts .. I stopped buying anything Cadbury a year ago due to it not being chocolate anymore .. will never buy another Cadbury product again and in fact havnt consumed any chocolate for a year as it’s not chocolate.

Absolutely disgraceful

If I could give 0 star's then I would. I have dark chocolate buttons. Absolutely awful. Does not taste like chocolate at all. Have ruined Cadbury's- the good old taste of real chocolate will be missed and I will no longer buy Cadbury's again. Disgraceful what they have done just to line their own pockets more. Aldi's own cheap chocolate tastes 100% better than this diar S**t.

What has Cadbury's done

What has Cadbury's done! We thought the Fruit and Nut bar had gone off until we checked the date on the packet, and then read reviews online! Appears they've taken a great British product and ruined it. Yep, you'll save money making the sh1t product, but you're going to lose millions in sales!

Cadburys whole nut bar is a different

Cadburys whole nut bar is a different product now with an unrecognisable and unpleasant taste, I also had an unset stomach after consuming half a standard bar. I have now realised the product has been changed, I will not be purchasing any cadbury products in the future.

Rubbish…

There was a time when Cadbury's products were of a very high quality, it was my go to when I needed a sweet fix.
However in recent years the quality has gone from lovely to terrible, I hear of recipe change and adding the dreaded palm oil and boy is it obvious.
I no longer buy Cadbury which is a shame because in the day the quality of the chocolate was superb, they have become a greedy company that have sacrificed quality for profit.

Always loved cadburys but stop buying…

Always loved cadburys but stop buying it now. Mondelez has ruin it since they purchased Cadbury, to keep costs down and make more profit they added palm oil….which is 50% saturated fats which high in LDL. Cadbury only has 20% coca solids compared to 30% + in Tony’s chocolatey and milka, which are palm oil free. Typical American company…pure greed, not to mention damaging tens of thousands of hectares of rainforest to get palm oil.

This was my go to bar for years and now I would not give this to a squirrel, this is not Cadburys ingredients, it leaves a filth diesel like taste in your mouth , disgusting and a disgrace to the name Cadbury, milk chocolate wins every time. Cadbury chocolate is disgusting

Cadbury chocolate is disgusting. It used to be one of the best chocolates in the world. It is greasy and tasteless.
Why do companies mess with something that ain’t broken. I will not be buying Cadbury again and will also tell my friends not to buy it for birthday or Christmas. I used to buy a shed load of chocolate. Not any more .

I've always loved Cadbury Dairy Milk…

I've always loved Cadbury Dairy Milk and it's been my go-to chocolate whenever I've fancied a sweet treat. I recently purchased the family-size 360g sharing bar to enjoy with family and friends, so I was really looking forward to it.

Sadly, the chocolate tasted nothing like the classic Dairy Milk I remember. It had a very waxy texture that stuck to my tongue and the inside of my mouth instead of being smooth, creamy, and melting in the mouth. The flavour was unpleasant and left me wondering if the recipe has changed.

It was embarrassing to share because everyone commented on how different it tasted, and none of us enjoyed it. It's such a shame to see what was once a classic chocolate decline in quality. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be buying Cadbury Dairy Milk again.

This wondrous lineup of Heroes, unlike our football 'zeroes'.

When will this cycle of letdowns finally end? Thank goodness we have England, fly high, let spirits soar.

Part 2, IN 24 HOURS.

In a vibrant realm where football heroes danced under the bright lights, there was a captivating tale about Scotland. Their quest for glory was a thrilling ride, often glimpsed just on the horizon, where victory seemed within their grasp yet slipped away time and again.

1974, when they faced the legendary Brazil. It was a thrilling match, and with just a single goal separating them, Scotland nearly found themselves in a valiant second place in Group 2. Their efforts were nothing short of heroic, deserving a place among the best.

Fast forward to 1978, Scotland stood proud once again as they faced the mighty Dutch. Though the Dutch were formidable, Scotland fought bravely and, despite the absence of legendary player Johan Cruyff, they narrowly missed the chance to shine in Group 4. A twist of fate meant that if Scotland had triumphed over Iran, it would have been the Scots celebrating their qualification instead of the Dutch.

Then came 1982, where Scotland's spirit burned bright yet again. They competed valiantly in Group 6 but, alas, fell just shy of advancing, finishing behind the Soviet Union due to goal difference. Their only setback came against the astonishing Brazilian team, leaving fans with a heart full of pride for their unwavering journey and the promise of future triumphs.

It was 1986, the bottom of Group 5, and there we were, hanging our heads after those agonisingly narrow defeats to Denmark and West Germany. The frustration bubbled inside me because, in a cruel twist of fate, all we needed was to take down Uruguay—their 10 men, frustrated with much physicality. If only they had seized that chance, glory would have shone brighter than an Aztec sun.

Oh, here we go again. The year is 1990, and once more, they find ourselves grappling with the bitter disappointment of yet another dismal outcome against a so-called minnow that thwarted hopes of qualification. Fast forward to 1998, and what do we have? languishing at the bottom of Group A, facing the misery of defeats against Brazil and Morocco. And then there are the years between 2002 and 2022 – oh, the wilderness years. Years of wandering in the desert of mediocrity, full of frustration and dashed dreams.

What agony in 2026! Once again, on the losing end against Brazil and Morocco. The defeat to the Africans, a team that had the gall to take down the Dutch!, almost felt respectable. Almost. But those other two matches? They were simply appalling.

How is it that we can’t seem to handle teams that should be nothing more than stepping stones? Haiti was crucial for 'goal difference'. Wasted opportunity—deja vu. Brazil barely scraped by against Japan. Clearly their 'Samba skills' are lacking in this edition.
A draw was attainable.

After a long drought, since the last World Cup game in '98, with hearts full of hope, we yearn for the fate, our boys, our champions, we long to see shine. With bated breath, we waited, we dreamed, and now, as the moment fades into dust, rivals beamed. How we crave a performance, a memory to make, our spirits ignited, for glory's sweet sake! ALAS, Scotland, a team of woe, that has proven to be our own worst nightmare.

The players wear no cloak of glory, It is we, the voracious fans, who deserve the 'laurels', enduring the wretched spectacle in Miami. A heart heavy with each passing minute, as dreams crumbled into dust. A sorrowful saga unfolding, as shadows dance where once bright hopes lay spread.

I will soon 'take the low road', at least I will be in the realm of Busby, Law, Shankly and Stein.
