From the first visit to completion of the job, customer service has been excellent. Recommended to us by neighbours, they were certainly right that Caddy windows are great. Dan and Dan fitted the whole house in 2.5days, finishing early. Spotless job, no mess left behind. Showed us how to use the fittings. Can’t fault them. Thank you.

I’m so happy with the results from Caddy Windows—our front and back doors look amazing and have completely transformed the front and rear of the house. Dan and Dan were both lovely, really professional, and worked efficiently. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Shockingly poor
Shockingly poor. Even more so considering we used them before, and they were faultless. They caused unnecessary damage to the outside of the building by using way too much force removing old windows, but didn’t tell us this had happened. This is going to cost a considerable amount to repair - which so far they said is not thier fault or responsibility. If you hammer hard enough and for long enough, anything will break - is this not obvious? Took ages to supply, AFTER getting the money in advance (suggest you don’t take them up on this offer, which is tagged with a discount). Then fitted wrong fittings and not enough SECURITY locks. Came back to see what they had done and then nothing happens. No doubt this is all the customers fault?
Would never recommend or use again, and I can only assume this is staff turnover. If not thier standards have gone through the floor.

Stunning new windows and fantastic service from Caddy i would definitely use again and would recommend them. We've had terrible trouble with a new front door fitted (twice) by safestyle who were absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with.
In this day and age of terrible service Caddy windows stand out a mile, BRILLIANT !!

Quality, professional, excellent customer service.

Super quick installation and friendly team. They are huge windows and I was really surprised by how quickly they were able to put them in. Were helpful when we had to get help of a neighbour. Also great experience when I visited the showroom to check out the style of the windows

Great all-round service from Caddy Windows
Everything about using Caddy Windows for our downstairs windows and doors has been fantastic. We had a lot done - two front doors, a back door, bi-fold doors, and 6 windows, but it was all done so smoothly from design to survey to installation. In particular, we were really impressed with Jamie, Ricky and Craig's installation. They were all really professional, thorough and tidy, and did an excellent job with getting the windows and doors in. We will definitely use Caddy Windows again when we need more windows replaced.

The recent addition of two more upstairs windows was made professionally, quietly and without any fuss.
The former windows had served us well for 35 years and we are confident that these will match that figure.

You hear all sorts of stories about…
You hear all sorts of stories about double glazing companies, pushy, dodgy sales tactics, delays, lack of communication etc etc etc……… happily Caddy Windows don’t conform to ANY of the stereotypes!
From initial online query, where you design your own windows, to the final install, it’s been an absolute dream of an interaction!
We had one visit to check if we needed scaffold to fit the windows on the top floor dormer (we didn’t! And Caddy were the only company we found that didn’t want to add c£1000 to the quote for the privilege). We then had a full survey appointment to measure everything and go over the finer details. Again this was all no pressure, sensible adult conversations. We were given a fitting date there and then, and exactly 4 weeks later they arrived to do the install.
The fitters Ricky and Jamie were polite, considerate and tidy workers, who did a perfect job of getting everything in. No mess, no fuss, and more importantly no issues at all!
It’s already got the neighbours talking, so more business is highly likely to be on the cards!
I would have no reservations in recommending Caddy windows!

Beautiful door and window installation
From the start, J was very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to look at different options, which Instilled confidence in me for choosing their company, I thought this guy is professional, as I asked him lots of questions and he was able to reply with a confident knowledgeable attitude, he did not pressure which is what I like. The day of delivery was efficient S was very friendly, and it seemed he took pride in his work and enjoyed doing the job he was undertaking. It amazed me how it was all taken out very carefully. He installed the new door and window perfectly. I am very happy.
