The service from start to finish was of the highest level. It's not the first time I have purchased from Cadira and it will not be the last!

Great sofa, first class customer service and a great delivery.
Took a few visits at the Home Show before finally deciding on the right sofa for us. All of the team were nice on each visit and went above and beyond to help us.
Highly recommended.

Cadira stood out for us because of their innovative and interesting range of products. We were looking for a sofa and were exhausted with the usual retailers with their copycat items. Actually we saw Cadira and this sofa at a Home Show some years ago and yet we remembered them, so we went to the showroom in Camberley to see them first hand. I was very happy with the service and the sofa. The sofa has been delivered and set up by Cadira's team and we are very happy with the results.

I needed a reclining chair in hurry due to forthcoming surgery. I found a suitable ex-demo item on Cadira's website, and popped into the store. The sales assistant was helpful and allowed me to fully examine the chair. It was delivered professionally within a week - the delivery team even demonstrated a tilting headrest feature that I had been unaware of. A positive buying experience.

Had my sofa from Cadira delivered today. It was a breeze. Got a call 1/2 hr before delivery time. 2 very polite gentleman. Put the sofa in place, show me how it worked. Brilliant. Very happy customer.

I got a dining table and chairs from Cadira. The extension mechanism on the dining table is extremely easy to use and the sections fit seamlessly. The dining chairs are also very comfortable. On top of this, the delivery service was great - the guys were friendly, positive and efficient. They also took all of the packaging away with them.

Our experience in the showroom was very positive. No pressure, plenty of time to make up our mind.

Every one we spoke to was very helpful and polite.
The delivery men were neat and tidy. They put back everything they moved in order to get the furniture in.
Once unloaded, they set everything up for us and moved it around without rushing us.
It was a lovely company to deal with.

I can’t praise Cadira enough, everyone I spoke to was excellent ! The delivery team today were superb, arrived on time and dealt with all the fittings for 10 dining chairs(12 screws per chair!), they made sure all chairs were level and took all the packaging away with them ! And the chairs are very comfortable , we are very pleased

The driver called me in the morning and gave me an exact arrival time of 12 noon . My friend was here and she said “they’ll never be on time “ but they were ! To the second ! The two delivery men were extremely polite , well groomed and carried out the job with calm precision . They were careful , tidy and helpful . I love my new table and the whole shopping experience was professional , friendly and reliable . I would highly recommend shopping with Cadira .

Excellent service from start to finish.
We ordered a Dekton table which looks fantastic and the Cadira team were extremely helpful right from the outset. Samples came through very quickly and the table arrived within the scheduled timeline - 11 weeks. The install team were also excellent, friendly and very fast.

Would definitely recommend.

We had a seamless experience with Cadira after ordering two sofas and a recliner from them. Yvonne kept me fully updated about delivery and the two guys who brought the furniture were so good, working hard to assemble everything, asking me where I wanted it and then demonstrating how to use the batteries etc. They also took away all the packaging and were so helpful. Also, we are delighted with the sofas so overall a very positive experience.

We literally stumbled upon Cadira at the Ideal Home Christmas Show last December. We weren’t even thinking of purchasing new lounge furniture, but the moment we sat down on one of their display sofas we knew that we were going to buy some!
From the sales experience at the show, through to ordering and the management or our expectations everything has been exceptional.
The furniture arrived - precisely on time - yesterday and was expertly set up; nothing was too much trouble for the team.
And it’s beautiful! Exquisite quality. We love it.

This is the second dining table I have purchased from Cadira. An extendible ceramic Xenon in 2016 and now a barrel-shaped Dekton in 2025.

Pedro, Yvonne and Caitlin have been amazing throughout. So helpful, nothing ever an issue for them, and the product is beautiful. My first table was replaced due to a house move and no longer suiting, but it was in mint condition even after young kids.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a company to deal with.

I will also add that the length was made bespoke 2.7m to fit with my available space at a reasonable cost, so that was another big plus.
