Cadmus Property have been fantastic at managing our building from day one. Responsive on emails, quick to action any issues and thorough and professional.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Cadmus Property for years, and I can confidently say they set the standard for excellence in block management. Their team combines professionalism with a proactive approach, ensuring every detail is taken care of smoothly and efficiently.

We have been with Cadmus Property for a few years and can attest to a high standard of work, especially for the contracted fee. This has included site maintenance as well as renovations, which have been completed to a high standard and rectified mistakes and lesser quality work by our previous property manager. Communication has been regular, prompt, and forthright, with candour that simplifies the whole process.

Engaged them to manage a small block of 4 flats, to manage accounting, regular maintenance etc, and they increased the management fees by 25% within 10 months of having been engaged, then threatened to cancel our contract with 2 weeks notice. Meanwhile, the team was sloppy with various contractors visiting on short or no notice, then unable to complete the works, with numerous jobs left half completed or incorrectly done, and requiring numerous follow-ups. One example was when the drainage pumps were faulty, we were told we would have to wait 2 weeks for anyone to attend, despite having told them there was a sewage smell when entering the building, which may have escalated into a bigger and more expensive issue.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Perhaps the experience would have gotten better over time as they got more familiar with the property, but the price-gouging and threats were pretty appalling. Unclear if this was a will or skill / competence issue, but very disappointing either way.
