The staff at CafeDeNata in hammersmith told me to f...k off!!! what???

Oh my god, this place is the worst place ever!!!
The woman at the counter just swear at me telling me to f..k off tonight at hammersmith cafe de Nata for no reason! The woman is white and seemed to have an Eastern European accent.
It's the first time I use the ToGoodToGo app and so I booked some food at this branch in hammersmith and so the rules on that app (ToGoodToGo) give you a time frame to go to the shop and pick up the food after you first pay and so I paid and arrived there 17 mins earlier to closure and when I've arrived they were just closing the shop and this woman that work there told me on a very unwelcome and aggressive tone that there is no more food and that I can come another time. Then I told her in a calm tone that I paid already and that they closed 17 mins earlier and so according to the app they should have served me! (even though I was fuming realizing how I am treated after driving for 2 miles for this pickup) however, for some reason, she didn't like me asking her why she refuses to serve me even though I was on time and she said, I quote "Who the f..k are you to tell me when to close and when to open?".
Then I asked her why is it so rude and swear at me and then while I walked away cause clearly it looked to me that she was searching for a fight, she then got out of the shop and told me to f...k off. I am simply shocked even now at 22.39 pm when I write this as I simply can't believe that happened. Assessing the situation at the scene I have realized 2 things, 1. she was with an African guy that also looked kind of intimidating and trying to tell me to go away, and it appeared to be the security that guy there and she was kind of flirting with him from what I've realized and she seems to have found me(the client) disturbing her with my normal question of why she is not giving me the food I paid for already and why she closed with 17 mins earlier. Then 2.nd it looked to me that she was up to something like she was searching for trouble kind of. Anyway, either way, I will escalate this and with the video and picture evidence I have, I will be this viral on the internet so that everyone sees how CafeDeNata treats his clients at the hammersmith tube station!
