I wasted $80+ dollars on this crap of a robe. Poor quality. Not true to size. I am 120 lbs. I ordered a L/XL for the purpose of a loose and comfy fit. The L/XL fits me as if it were a size small.. there's no give.

STAY AWAY… products are horrible, customer service is worse, not in this country. I would NEVER buy anything from them and I am disappointed that they refuse to make it right

SHOCKING FRAUDULENT business. Take your money in US$ - after 8 weeks send cheap trashy products that don’t look anything like their website. Sizing is sooooo wrong. Then they ghost you. Took me threatening suing them to get a response. Wouldn’t refund my money until they had the product returned to China, telling me on several occasions that if Customers seized the parcel then no refund. It was like they knew customs were going to seize it. Because it’s still sitting in Customs since 4 November. It was a birthday gift for my sister , I’ve lost the money, have no gift to give her, so have to start again and her birthday was in September. Please don’t use these dishonest people.

It should be a law against companies like this one. It is one of the biggest Fake Rip Off that ever exist. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS FAKE BULLSHIT COMPANY. THE CLOTHES LOOK NOTING LIKE THE PICTURES YOU SEE. WHEN YOU RETURE THEM THEY OFFER YOU $5.00 I SPENT 163.OO. IT COST ME $66.00 TO SEND THE SHIT BACK. STAY AWAY FROM !!!!

BEAUTIFUL products pictured, very enticing- and "that's" were it ends! my Bank would not allow transaction- I did order anyway, and got -0- product shipped- but Caftanfun charged me, Bank reversed the charges...thank goodness, as I had ordered 3 of their Robes.

Actually 0 stars. Its cheap poorly made missized and overpriced crap.

Scam. Do not buy do not trust! They sell Temu items for 6-10 times the price and will not give you a satisfactory refund. The items are not as advertised. They will go back and forth to exhaust you with frustration so you eventually give up. They offered me $12 refund on a $70 purchase. I haven’t accepted. BUYER BEWARE.

If I could give this a zero star I would. The items I received were made out of material just short of what I would describe as potato sacks. Thick, heavy and itchy. Not at all like linen as represented on the website and in the images. Their website says upon an approved return they will provide shipping label so you can return the items for a refund. When I submitted the refund request, they wrote back to me saying that they do not issue shipping labels and that I am responsible for the return shipping. A complete lie in contrast with what is published on their website they offered me an $50 refund for the items, but I had paid $380. I reported them to PayPal which went absolutely nowhere due to horrible customer service and ultimately gave up and accepted $80 refund and have to keep these awful ugly dresses that I will never wear I’m going to try to sell them, but I highly highly recommend that you avoid this company at all cost and save yourself the pain of what I just like for the last three months.

I ordered several times, and most items were as advertised. There was some confusion when I placed dual orders on the same day. Got that addressed promptly and one of the orders was received without concern while I'm still waiting for the second order to arrive. My third order was placed & received and all items were in order except for a dress which was supplemented with a dress they thought would be acceptable, it was not. Wanted to refund me $5.00 for a dress that was $66.00. Unacceptable. Negotiated and negotiated to a term we were both comfortable with but my security measures protect me from sites that are "unsafe" and I could not access the link which we agreed would be sent so that we could finalize our agreement. I'm a business owner too and do understand the intricicies about social media advertising. It can make or break your business. If your're not AMAZON, step aside. They tried to work out my problem with my order but just couldn't pass the safety inspection required by my security measures. I hate that I'm out of my funds and will try PayPal as a mediator.

I ordered four items from caftan fund and received the most disappointing products. The material is cheap. That designs are similar, but straight and not full and design is a print. The pictures surely show a high quality full and embellished embroidery. Don’t buy from this spender!

Thought..I was purchasing a beautiful Caftan robe..! On arrival it was nothing like the picture or material shown on the website. BUYER BEWARE....never again.

This is by far the worse online shopping I have done, this is a scam don’t trust the photos at all the look and the quality has nothing to do with the photo and it took 3 weeks for the item to arrive. Such a waste of my money

Only because one can’t give a 0! DO NOT BUY. The quality is poor and their customer service is not helpful. I wanted to exchange my medium for a small and was originally told the sizes are “standard” and they would not accept the return. Then I was told their size medium and small are the same so I needed to choose another product and keep the caftan and I would not receive a refund. Finally, I was told they would send me a 5$ refund for my 50$ product and to keep the item. When I indicated their lack of help would be noted in my review I was offered 10$ and asked not to write a negative review.

I went through with my purchase even after reading bad reviews. I only purchased 1 item to see what it was like and to my surprise it was good quality. It’s not as lightweight material as what looks like on the models but it still fits well and looks good on. I will put my 2nd purchase in now and see how good the rest is.

Never received my order!!
They kept saying they were trying to deliver, but the address was wrong. The address was not wrong. I disputed charges, but PayPal said I placed the order, which i did, but never got my items.

The color and print were totally different to the order. This is a SCAM company

In July I ordered two kimonos for $110. After three months of silence, they finally arrived — and they are nothing like the photos. Wrong design, poor cut, cheap fabric, incorrect lengths — simply disappointing.

When I asked to return them, the company has spent the last 3 days offering me $11 back if I keep these unwearable items. That’s not only insulting, it’s unacceptable.

All I want is to send the products back and get a full refund. Instead, I’m stuck with goods that look and feel like $5 items from Temu or AliExpress.
