It took about a month to arrive and it wasn’t specified how long it would take to get here. There was also no product tracking function. When the product arrived, the bag it came in was all rumpled and the box was also very beaten up.

Exceptional bad customer service. Never, ever will I buy from this company.After receiving a reply from Caia Cosmetics stating that they are unable to apply a discount code, even though I placed an order of over €300 with them, it only reinforces my decision never to purchase from such an inflexible company again.

My experience was far from great…
My experience was far from great unfortunately.
I purchased their eye masks and had a allergic reaction to the product as well as the masks smelling off.
And even through extensive correspondence with description and photos, they didn't offer a replacement and/or a refund.
Instead they suggested I stop using the product, and that I was welcome to send the product back at my own expense.
That's REALLY poor customer service and therefor I can not recommend buying their products.

I really wanted to love the products…
I really wanted to love the products but sadly they were not as good as I expected. Perhaps it’s just my age at +40. The Wake me up cream didn’t apply smoothly and after a while was visible in the wrinkles under my eyes. The coverage was decent but had to mix it with cream for smooth application. (I like to tap the product on with my ring fingers).
Bronzer had very little pigment so barely visible on my skin. I am very pale this time of the year so it should be the right colour.
Nice packaging and fast delivery.

For the Wake Me Up Cream, a little amount goes a long way—using too much can make it settle more into fine lines. Tapping it on gently with your ring finger, as you do, is the perfect way to apply it.
Regarding the bronzer, it has a prism formula, which means it is buildable. A light layer may appear subtle at first, but you can gradually build up the color to achieve the desired effect.
